caller: my main computer and registers all say maintanence mode and it won't let me do anything
me: the other stores are having the problem too. it's because of a credit and debit problem from the night before. you're just gonna have to wait until it finishes updating.
caller: fix this for me.
me: theres nothing i can do about it. it HAS to update. even if i rebooted you, it would come back on maintanence mode. you can't bring registers up until then.
caller: ok, i am not satisfied with this answer *hangs up*

"my store was in maintanence mode this morning and i had to do 2 $100 manually"
