just spoke with a manager who swore her store doesn't have a d-link (switch) anymore.
power was out and i needed her to locate it.
i explained that if she didn't have one, she wouldn't have ever made credit transactions, send email, ect.
still she insists.
how do people'e IQs always drop 10 points when they're on the other side of desk phone? -
