  • My thoughts about V-Day 2009-02-13 04:04:45 The day of the hypocrits. Yes it is. I donīt want to say that everybody who celebrates it is one, but letīs face it.

    Some people take it as reason to do something for the joy of the ones you love. If you want to make a joy for me than it can be one of the other 364 days of the year too and it doesnīt have to be forced.

    The second thing that I dislike about it: Itīs just too much. There is a limit of kitsch and romance that a person can take at the same time.

    Itīs a nice idea to make a day for love, but somehow the whole V-Day stuff doesnīt feel right for me. Too much commercial stuff going on.

    Letīs just be nice to each other on every day and not just on V-Day. 
  • Where the fuck are my zombie nazis? 2009-02-10 17:22:49 Alright... I wasted a lot of hours just to find out that my copy of Call Of Duty is censored. There is no Zombie Mode.

    Now... What the hell do they think? For what crap did I bought the game?

    For the single player?
    Yes of course! I love to play games who only live from graphics and have such an outdated system behind the enemy KI etc. The single player is for kids who are easly entertained.

    For the multy player?
    This game is is a frigging mod for CoD 4. Nothing more. I wouldnīt buy it if I would already have CoD 4 at home?

    For the Nazi Zombies?
    *ding ding ding*
    Oh wait... >_<


    Thatīs bullshit. I want this mode!!!


    btw... My cat mollests me, but Iīll write about it tommorrow. Iīm so pissed. I even think about modding my console if there is a way to patch it!!!

  • Paranoia Pt. II - Community events - Average people 2009-02-09 16:01:10 So I was on a community event this weekend and it was so much fun and I got closer to a lot awesome people. Yay. Social actions for the win. I really like my usual friends, but is always awesome to make new ones.

    Oh... I was speaking about paranoia wich spices up my grind day.

    You know itīs somehow fun to take coincidences and make some really wired thoughts out of it.

    Thought #1 The Light:
    Yeah it all began with the light. The light is somehow my follower. When I go to work every workday I look up the street. Everytime there is a parking car at the end of the street with the lights on. Everytime. When I go to work and when I leave. I always look up and there is this light. =/

    One day there was no light. I went to my college because I had an exam. When it was finished and I left the parking lot... Well there was a car all of the sudden with the lights on and no driver.


    Thought #2 WTF? Why is there a sign?
    Now that one is so fucking wired! On Thursday I left my car and went to work. I looked at an empty (!) area and thought:
    "Man... We could really need a supermarket here. Everybody here would go there to buy lunch"
    After work I passed the area all again and all of a sudden there is a fucking huge sign in the gras. I mean pretty huge!!! I was somehow shocked because I never saw it for years and all of a sudden there is a friggin sign.

    My first thought was: Hey, they just set it up during my work, but... The colours are pretty much washed out and around the shield the gras is cut down. The cut isnīt cut down around the sign because no lawn-moar would reach it. So... where the should the high gras come from?

    Even if I never saw the sign before. This was really really creepy.


    Thought #3 The sound
    Ok that one was some minor stuff. When I finished my exam I went around in the lonely college (because itīs holidays and it was at night) there was some friggin sound in the hall. Somehow scary...



    Oh well this paranoia stuff is awesome. It spices up your life with adrenaline and curious thoughts.

    Do you know why I love local community meetings? Because I can share my thoughts! Yeah... There are equal people who arenīt that much used to the "normal" way of life. I canīt tell this paranoia stuff at work, because my colleges would make fun of me. Itīs not that much of a bad way of "making fun", but in the end I donīt want that they do it all the day long.
    I can tell such things friends and well... such awesome people which I met again this weekend and... Oh well some random people on the org who read this now, but WHATEVER.

    So I just donīt say anything in the end and thatīs somehow said, because it reminds me on how short sighted and close minded some people in the average life can be. I can tell such things without problems to my friends. Yes they would laugh and make a bit fun of me. Thatīs alright. I want them to laugh about it and when they make fun about me than itīs really alright and never goes too far. In such community people I can meet people who are sometimes equal like me and who arenīt scared to think a bit different.

    Canīt wait for the next community meeting. Iīm happy that Iīm not that far away from somebody which is one of my new friends. I think we two make a pretty good team and Iīm excited to meet this someone again soon.

    Hey Scott. How about you? I swear: MACO is an awesome association with awesome people. I want to meet you at the next con!

    To all of you who where never on community events: Just do it. Donīt be shy. Meet the people you know online in such events. Itīs really awesome. You must think this way... You meet people who have the same special interessts. Thatīs a start for friendships, right? =D

    I do have a social life, but to meet people with the same interessts like you is a nice addition.

    Ah... Yeah I would like to fly to AWA, but there are money issues.

  • OH MY GOD! 2009-02-04 16:28:11 So I logged into my academic network account on Microsoftīs MSDN site to get my free copy of Windows XP 64bit for my new notebook which might be delievered until Saturday.

    However I donīt have a license for XP 64 there =/ Damn it! I donīt want to switch to Vista -.- I have a license for XP Proffessional, but not for x64 which means that my 4GB RAM would be useless >_<

    I need an alternative plan. If I wouldnīt edit, I would switch to a Linux distribution now ;_;


    AND -BL- confuses my sexuality with very naughty pictures in the Gateway thread.
