I bet 10 bucks that this amv will sound horrible at the AniNite screening. Well you can't really blame the technic guys for screwing up the audio. They won't know what comes up to them.

Maybe I should try it directly in the industry. There is an event where they search for video journalists. They would pay your apprenticeship and give you an intership at a TV channel. Doesn't sound bad though

I HATE it when a song forces me into a specific editing. A little thing that I can't ignore without syncing =/

What a pitty. Seams like I have to sync a way that I don't want to. You know I don't want it this way just at the beginning. It would give the viewer the impressions and expectations of the video that it just isn't.
Ok time for an example:

(trexx - Black And White)
The first scenes of the elevator and the floor set my expectations of what I'm going to see to a specific flow and editing. Afterwards I wasn't annoyed at all to see this kind of slow editing. I think that's the same with a lot of commercial music videos. They pinpoint you to the editing, mood and flow if they're well made. Ok that's just a theory, but I personally believe it.
