Oh! Yesterday I continued to work on my project. I guess it will be a quite mediocre personal "fail". "Fail" is for me something that didn't turned out as awesome as I wanted to. I set my own bar very high and I don't know how to stop this attidude. Just working and not thinking about the quality standards, you know? I will still continue to finish it. I shouldn't care if it's mediocre or not. Just giving my best and everything is sound. One man said about originality: "You can't start makeing something and expect it to be original. You just can't say: Now I make some really original stuff or plan on doing so."
I think it's true. True master pieces just happen. This project is about combining one of my favourite movies with some anime that has some quite similar style in it. I really think it's inspired of this movie. It's also about trying the whole 1080p stuff and advanced colour corrections with gradients and compositions. It's not about makeing a masterpiece. Hey! Who declares something to be a masterpiece? I can't! That would be lame. Other people must enjoy it and call it a masterpiece to be one. It's all subjective. -

filming was great today. Beside the issue when we fucked up audio for some scenes. Man... I hate booming. It's exhausting and somehow frustrating when you're not that experienced in it.
"God... stupid cars! Gimme me a shotgun mic please! I can't boom this with a kidney mic."
"Okay... wait! This is a shotgun?"
"lolwut? How am I supposed to boom this?" ;_;
