If I would be exact and fair than I would hate a different person instead of this one. You know what? Screw it. I don't care. I will just continue to be a childish, immature and emmotional in this case.

    Yeah... I'm not feeling good today. This is will be a stressing and frustrating week. Just like the last one... and the week before. The sad thing is that I had a really great weekend with friends, but this didn't last long.

    Uh... Today I also edited on a school project. Yes we are all beginners in filming, but there was so much fail in this production. *facepalm*

  • 2010-08-10 17:28:57 Projects are about how much time you put into. Skill isn't really a matter. It's about awarness and feeling and stuff you still need to learn the things you need to solve problems and execute your ideas.

    For now I took the easy way out and just didn't start some projects, because I'm lazy and didn't want to invest too much time. I would like to test myself with a new enormous project. The last week showed me how much I can do in a small time frame. That was pleasent and a good experience.

    Phase one of the project would be planning:
    -Getting a good overall perspective of the source
    -Looking out for tutorials
    -Learning some of them that probably will become handy (like AE expressions)
    -Creating the storyboard in form of a slideshow (that probably will be the best solution for it)
    -Testing the technical possibilities. 1080p with 60fps sounds nice, but is more a question of the source and my hardware possibilities. I already did a 1080p project (release: Beginning of September), but it's still new land for me.

    I will give myself one month for this. I estimate the project to need 3 months.

    I'll start at the end of August. Let's see how far I'll come =)

    First I have to complete another video (instrumental one) for the 20th August. So you get two new AMVs from me in September. R u happy now? <3 
  • Let down? 2010-08-01 20:17:37 So I saw my fully compiled video with the fx for the first time and was like: Eh.... =/

    That video doesn't seam like it turned out well. Damn it! Maybe it could be that I don't have enough distance to it and that I'm overworked, but it doesn't seam like it turned out well for me. Whatever. I'll continue to work on fine tuning and let's see how I like it after some weeks of not touching it. It can't be that bad .-.

    At least I can say that I can be proud about the techniqual work behind it. That's for sure.



    I really need to take one or two days of an editing break now.
