STRESS! God that was a hard time. Ugh... >_>
If there wouldn't be this much stress, I could really not complain. Well I'm back with a sad news:
No amv from me this summer. There is just no time and especially no time to celebrate 10 Years of Bauzi Edits. So what do I do? I celebrate 11 years. *shrugs* I don't care that much anymore.
and I'm here for you with a good news:
Why was a stressful time? Because I made a new video! It's my first 3D project in Maya and will be online tomorrow.
and there will be my first short film "Clockwork" (working title) in October. It will be great. I promise! -

Lesson of yesterday's shooting: Collab the fuck out of you

So we might be all experts in AMVs one day. Pretty one sided, don't you think? Well on the other hand you CAN'T learn and master every aspect in modern media. You need help, contacts and partners.
Yesterday's shooting went really fine. We are making a music video for a friend of us who is a really good (but sadly not popular) musical artist. He was able to tell me a lot of how to composite great shoots and images. He's really good at directing stuff. Well anyway we got a new partner for our upcoming company who will provide us with great songs. Paul is a really nice guy and I really enjoy to hang out with him. Knowing your partners personally makes everything way more easier.
I believe that collaborating expands your horizon and possibilities. -

It's done and it's finally here and you can be sure that I'm damn proud of this project. So I had to make a music video project for my film college. I grabbed my camera (EOS 7D) and basically planned, shot, directed and edited this video all alone with the help of some assistance on the set here and there.
