How to plan a war against time

This shit turned out into a multitasking thing for my computer and a time managment thing for me.
While my computer renders (takes around 1 hour for one segment or more):
He ripps the next DVDs for the next segment.
Deletes footage I donīt need for the project.
Burns DVDs with my last projects on.
Damn! Iīm running out of freespace. Iīm right now under 30GB and thatīs the orange alert zone for my system. When I get under 20GB things will get a lot slower and harder.
What I do:
I think about a sound transition with music between the parts (I need just one more)
Learn Webtechnologie (monday is the examn. Should be easy, but there are two more next week)
Go for a walk (I have to do something for my body. I want to be more fit) or do some exercises like now

Whatīs next in the project?
This night:
-Rendering the segment intro for useage / In Progress
-Send a beta of this intro / DONE
-Add changes of todays beta test
-Extend the final audio/video mix sequenz in Premiere with the wavs and Lags
Tomorrow morning:
-Decide style + sound for the next segments intro. I just need a transition between the two songs
-Start new segment + intro
-Complete todays beta test video with the final changes
Tomorrow afternoon + night:
-Work on the new intro + segment
The last deadline (I want to be finished earlier) is the 30th april. There is still to go:
-This intro + segment (nearly done)
-Next inro + segment
-The final segment + credits + creditsdesign (hey thatīs not easy at all =/ )
That makes around 3 minutes or more to go.
Get out the wardrums and play my march while Iīm editing bitches!

Itīs one of the most simpelst segments and hey! Iīm fed up with it!!!
FUCK IT! Iīm just sick. Searching threw a ton of footage to spot out the right scences.
and yeah I hope that it doesnīt look too randomn and that people understand the theme behind it. Effort for this project: 13 from 10.

The interessting thing about that site is that you find nearly everyday a funny dumbass thread. Opened by a really stupid or asshole (or should I say asshaul?).
