Even more pissed
2011-12-09 20:59:32
Did you know that the Apple Service Hotline costs you more than an expensive telephon sex hotline? Yep... 1,56 bucks per minute. 30 bucks are down the drain now. Thanks for nothing Apple. FU!!!

I'm so pissed, I could rip an Apple genius head off!
2011-12-08 16:34:37
Oh man I'm so pissed! FUCK APPLE! They are some greedy scumbag of only half the sense of quality that you might think. My Macbook is falling apart and I get no support at all from Apple. Only one part would get replaced!
I have multiple cracks, a dead pixel, a dead cable, a defect battery and a bottom plate that is falling off. It's especially making me angry when I work on my Win7 laptop and see how everything works smooth and fine. This machine is older, works more and harder than my Macbook and everything is fine.
I'm so pissed!!! If you buy an Apple. You agree to pay more for a lie. It's not better than anything else. It's just not.
Today Stefan comes along with another job for us Lazy Generation. How does he do that? Well I won't complain. It's a good way to finally make a living out of this. Sweeeeet.

COCKBLOCK! "Screw you guys. I am the Lazy Generation after all!" + Caligula I + New plans on new short film
2011-12-06 16:48:57
I was a totally dick on an ego tripp today and I FEEL FINE and GOOD about. I don't want to be the Epic Generation Studios. I don't pay tribut to an internet society who has an inflationary use of the word "epic". No... I AM the Lazy Generation and that since 2005 and I feel god damn fine about it.
People might reject us because there is the word "lazy" in our company name?
...
THIS...
IS...
THE LAZY GENERATION! *spartan kick*
It's not like I want those guys as customers anyway. I mean people who have a stick up their *peep* and judge us because of such a tiny word. Judge us by what we actually do and what we work and stuff, okay? I don't give a fuck and show some creativity and balls with this company name. People will remember us for this. Or do you think that they will remember stuff like... Imagine Films, Creative Media,... <some other random generic title>.
So I was like: I'm the boss after all and when I go down with this name, than I will while proudly waveing my flag :D

Caligula I
Caligula 1 is the name of my new fresh PC that will arrive in some weeks. Here are my new rig stats:
Intel Core i3930 (6x3.4Ghz; Sandy Bridge; some very new stuff here!)
120GB Vertex 2 Solid State Drive
1TB Western Digital Caviar Black harddrive (harddrive disk costs are a bitch right now =/)
Nvidia 580GTX (3GB version); high number of CUDA cores for Premiere Pro render engine.
24GB RAM (6x4GB RAM for only 130 bucks. LOL!!! xD)
This one will be a real beast and I hope it will last HD era entirely. It shall survive until easly affordable 4k footage times and maybe if it's not enough for advanced 3D work.
------------
In 2012 I have to make a new praxis project for my film cost. A bigger one this time. I have great plans for a pretty neat idea for a short movie. It's based on the life of a person and his story. I don't want to go into too much detail here. Hollywood or any other movie industrie hasn't picked this story up yet which is a HUGE surprise if I think about it's potential. So I want to pull this of silently and want to create the buzz afterwards when I have some copyrights in my hands. Imagine there are tons of peole who only apply to make the big movie. All they have might be a storyboard and a script and than some guy like me comes along with a whole pilot short movie. "Do you see what I'm capable of? This is only a short movie. Here are the rest of plot points and content who would fill a feature length movie. Now give me some money and some writers as support! k thx bye...." Something like this. At least I can try ;D
Well anyway yesterday I was able to track this person down on the internet. I really hope that I can get in touch with him and get some sort of permission and support for this one. Also I need some great people from my chourse to make this project a success. Should not be too hard. If I present them the idea, there will be many who will follow me.
Somehow they trust me and my ideas. I got many followers for my theoretical plan of making a teenie film based on my countries culture. lol... teenie film? Yes I'm serious about this one xD
Looking at the upcomeing plans for next year it looks quite grim for the AMV world again. Maybe I should really make a nice video now and will hold it back until some contests in summer where I'm a part of the conventions. Let's see... =/

And again... another contact... The Lazy Generation became an Epic Generation.
2011-12-01 16:17:01
OMG! Stefan should stop being so damn lucky. Yeah I sometime talk too big and excited, but we probably got another commercial project: An imagefilm for an exciting frozen yoghurt ice company. That sounds like a damn lot of fun! Imagine to arrange icecream in the most possible delightful and delicious ways possible. AWESOME! Oh yeah the possibility of more than 12k budget sweetens the deal :)
I FINALLY got my loan from my last project. That's sweet. I can finally buy my new editing system which is around 1.800 bucks. That means... (no, not gameing beside Minecraft), but stuff like finishing my short film, making AMVs and stuff. With my old laptop I'm just not motivated to work on it. It's just too damn slow for full HD. Yesterday I noticed that rendering a 55min movie in respectable quality would have taken me render times of around 100hours. That's not cool at all. AMVs were just 5min project, but video producion is a whole different level and dimension =(
I wish that the new project come in with January. That means that I won't need to pick up a new job after moveing and can start to concentrate on video production beside my final college year and make a living out of it.
Oh well... The lazy generation is dead. Long live the Epic Generation Studios! Due to legal issues with stuff like AMVs and other copyright violating stuff, I will continue to use Lazy Generation Studios for the production name.

"How do you get to your insane contacts?" "Maybe this is my secret super power..."
2011-11-26 19:31:08
Stefan is incredible. I don't know how he does it, but without trying he comes up with the best advantages, jobs and chances. After all we were this year filming at the paralament and made an image film for one of Austria's highest political institutes.
This time? God... sometimes I feel akward about how much luck we could possible have. Stefan met some guy who is really big in marketing. Like... Well for one of his spots they closed one complete rail at the biggest train station in Austria. OMG!!!
Stefan said that we need to pass a business card and a demo real to this guy by Thursday. This guy said that he often needs team's that only take 20.000 bucks per month instead of 100.000. For the smaller projects...
20.000 bucks? Hell yes! I'm your man! Where can I sign???
Oh I'm definatly too excited about this, but come on! We're not even done yet with our film college and already get really cool chances. Let's see what comes out. It looks promising. This guy and his firm plan out everything and every detail and we will be just the guys who execute his ideas. Doesn't sound bad!
Wish us some luck and expect some cool demo real, by next week.
