    I agree... I agree when someone doesn´t get the story or is not willed to put some work into this amv as viewer to understand the story. No offense. I just think the same. If you sit down and just want to be entertained without thinking about it, this could be a real wtf-amv. So I hope for me that you just didn´t want to read (what I can understand).

    Ok, but this is not a copy of DTTW. There are two things that are the same: a story and the same musical artist. If I wouldn´t have used MM, I wouldn´t get a lot of this comments (uhm... well it was the only one for now, but they will come again). Next time I sould make a big fat warning: "This has nothing to do with another amv!" warning or something =/

    I don´t like to change in someone else shadow, but I think this won´t change in this amv.

    ...and yes I wait for a Beo rant or a positive Beo comment, but nothing in between. I guess I should fear this moment.

    The worst thing with his threads is, that a lot of other amv loose the attention they should get. Like Frots´ last amv. It wasn´t too good, but I think worth to post a comment, because it was nice editing with nice cut style etc. and catchy song.

    He´s a spamer, nothing more in my eyes.

    Deus Machina seams to be better than espected. I get a lot of usefull comments and to be honest: I didn´t thought that it would get that much usefull comments. It just wasn´t made for the masses, just for myself. I see it in the star rating.
    Well... Star ratings are bullshit, but after the whole announcement stuff you get a nice score that tells you what the masses think about it. At the announcement time people download the stuff even if they don´t like the music etc. Afterwards... come the fans of the band and others. You can think that they download it because they like the music, so you can expect to get higher score.

    Overall I would say that Deus Machina won´t beat the king Seen It (my most successfull up to date/ maybe best too? Please tell me!), but that´s fine. I don´t think that this horse will win too many races.

  • Thank you dokidoki! + C crap 2007-06-09 14:01:01 For everything and in special for accpeting my file upload today. It really got in time for the Japan Expo deadline *phew*

    So today I programed the whole afternoon on my shity C-program and all I got is a ridicolous error message in the middle of a c = fgetc(file); command.

    For all the C master under you:
    It can´t really be right? I mean... I opened the file pointer just the way I often do in this program and it works fine, but I guess there is a little char in the middle of the file,...
    I tested out with some tricks that it is maybe between chat 100 and 1000 of the file.

    I know that C bitches a lot, but when you have a runtime error:
    1. You did bullshit with the filepointer at the beginning and VS throws you the error message on your head when it trys to execute the first command with the pointer:
    for example: c = fgetc(file);
    2. You get the error message at the end because there is no:

    fgets(buffer, MAX, file);
    if (buffer == EOF)

    because the buffer can´t be EOF only the command fgets() itself:

    if (fgets(buffer, MAX, file); == EOF)
    That works! and so on...

    But an error in the middle of a simpel txt-file when you collect a singel char?
    NO WAY in my eyes =/

    Hey amv-lord! Hurry! I half less than 8 hours time until the Japan Expo deadline. So please give me the permission to upload the file.
    This shit drives me crazy >_< Trust me... I would be patient, if there wouldn´t be the deadline and I don´t want to upload the file twice. My bandwith is limited for god´s sake.
