    Ugh... I fail threw one examn. That makes (I highly think) 3 =/
    Nothing too unusal, because I´m lazy but it sucks. I hope that the other courses are no problem. I´ll solve my main problem "programming in C" tommorrow. Hopefully...

    ok I had no chance at 2 courses because I´m new to the network genre and there were a lot of evil questions for advanced and pro. You know, I really learned hard and than you find out that you had NO chance anyway. THAT SUCK! >_<

    I want my FUMOFFU DVDs now to cheer me up...

    a yeah... back to my life. Programmed in C again and got to the point:
    C is instable

    why? I write int i; at the beginning of the code and nothings works anymore because of a "heap access violation error" aha... so why do my function don´t work? Because of the heap?! I deleted int i; and it worked again.
    I got the same error at the examn and it screwed my marc to 3 /20 points >_<

    But I did better today and got much more forward. I´m pleased. 
  • Lesson of the Day in programming C 2007-06-11 17:07:02 NEVER NEVER even think about a double pointer in a struct. Never... God damn it! This was the greatest mistake ever today to try it again. I don´t have a problem with trying new things, but this screws up everything. Never use such things:

    struct person{
    char *firstname
    char *lastname
    ...
    }

    struct person **data;

    You´ll ruin everything! When you start messing around with malloc and realloc you´ll simple loose like one of kickass´ amvs.

    God damn it. I´m so pissed of this shit. I´m tired, angry and... I´m just not able to take a clear head for editing. ARGHHHH >_<

    I´m soooo envy that omega does C# now. I miss it so much. Programming is fun for me, but not when I have to mess with cryptic error messages for one hour. I only know 4 people that can program with double pointer and structs at the same time. I looked at the source... copied the important things out and it still didn´t work!

    I don´t want to answer the next qc comments. I´m too pissed and yes there is a comment that really bugged me... Maybe I´ll only answer the thread comments for today.

    C just sucks the happiness out of you.
