Deus Machina; A second part? And with new musical artist?
2007-06-18 07:13:15
HAHA!
Yes I thought about a second part (but first some other stuff of course). I thought about other Manson stuff when I listend to "Eat me drink me" and "Holywood" record, but now I have a better idea. Where would be the challenge to make something again with Manson? There wouldnīt be one, right?
Today I listened to one of my other favorite bands and realized: Man... This should would give you the structur for a good mix too.
Sweet! I always wanted to make something with this band. No... I should find more out of the lyrics. I donīt think that it would be dark and creepy as the first part, anyway it would be a hell of fun to edit with the bandīs songs. Iīm sure that fans of the band will thank me, because the band is really underused and just awesome.
*counts songs on hd*
That would be 28 songs with remixes for my planes. Sweet. Industrial at itīs finest. No itīs not Nine Inch Nails, but industrial should know them. No no... not KMFDM, but pretty close ;)
*happy*
Ugh... I should continue to program the gamemanager for other collage project. Itīs a Mazegame with LAN and blablabla... Good old C# times now ;)

What I miss...
2007-06-16 16:40:26
You what I really miss and Mac too? We miss the good old action amvs that just bang to your head with a powerful strike. Honestly,... I miss them. Even if they were not originality. Who cares? The fact that they entertain me like hardly any other amv nowadays give them a reason to be.
I miss Fluxmeisterīs amvs or SSJVegeta17 (who made the most awesome DBZ stuff of all time, but he quite). You know what? There was only one video in my eyes that would deserve to get the best action amv of this year:
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?v=144165
Jasta85īs "Hot Elevator Action". It has a few buggy things, but there are no other videos like this. Just action and damn, good, hot and very catchy song.
A bit sad, because I donīt like too much his editing style and Mindless self indulgence, but DaCoolGohanīs vids go into the direction I would like to see again:
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_myprofile.php?user_id=18208
Man shit... I need a break of this all complicated and effectsome stuff. I finish the current one and Iīm sure that will be my best one (it has to be, because I use one of my all time favorite songs and anime), but afterwards Iīll stick again on a simpel idea. Crack should already know it, but Iīm sure Ben already forgot ;P
Just this one for the contests and than... Something simpel again, like [:Un/real] . A little break for more simpel stuff.
And Bladebeat Graffiti got the VCA for best action amv this year? But yes of course! Give the masses the effects they want and you got them. grrr...
and not this one:
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?v=110671
(Malevolent Skies)
Yeah ok Toushi had also a lot of effects in it, but it was still a hot action amv right? Even if it was Naruto...
A Fluxmeister... I beg you! Please announce an awesome amv again. Iīm thirsty for hot action stuff again...

Simpel and good. You got it?
And yes it pisses me that I use a lot of effects on this project. -.-'

Replying qc on Deus Machina again
2007-06-14 16:03:45
Where did I stop with answering quick comments (Iīm a bit sick and to tired to go on with my search of scenes for the current project...)? I just start with the newest!
# 2007-06-14 14:11:41 Sorry, but this sucked.
I donīt think itīs an amv for the masses (did I ever made one?). However: Really thank you for saying "sorry". Seriously there are to much unfriendly bastards that just say "it sucks" or whatever.
# 2007-06-14 07:41:20Damn Bauzi! This is some fine work. Impressive work all around and the effects were beautiful. Fairly ambitious project. I do have some issues with the video but I'll save that for later. One of these days when I get some free time I'll give you a long-winded op. Until then keep up the good work and any time you want me to beta anything, I'm ready and willing. (I'm so happy, this is the first time I've been in someone else's credits) --Copycat_Revolver
First time in credits? No Way! Youīre a super beta tester and Iīll send you stuff more often. Thanks for everything man and expect an op for YOUR newer stuff too ;)
# 2007-06-13 11:15:52Great stuff Bauzi! The text looked awesome - Kaxi
Thanks Mr. Hungary 2006/07! xD
# 2007-06-13 04:01:425/5 atmosphere FTW - Funky :)
Thanks Funky and thanks for taking your time for the op exchange!
# 2007-06-12 10:40:20 Abyss of mankind is a little harsh on a lot of writing, but using a deus machina in your story is pretty bad.
I know itīs harsh, but "Deus Machina" is latin and means "God machine". It comes from the word "Deus Ex Machina" from old latin theater. It was the machine or more the mechanismn to let a god appear on a play.
# 2007-06-12 02:16:13This was creepy, fascinating, very original, and well edited! It's a bit long, but it managed to hold my interest despite that. Wonderful work, 5/5.
Cool thanks!
# 2007-06-11 17:54:52 Dark ,yet incredible..Impressive
Thanks. I thought... dark is a good thing?
# 2007-06-10 23:18:31 Indeed 3/5 - DCG
Really understandable, but things for your more detailed comment in the forums.
# 2007-06-10 21:15:46 Every day watching videos from the org is a new experience in pain an misery I never wanted; much like swimming through a pool of broken glass, showering with Zyklon B, or trying to teach DWP a sense of humor. Your editing is just another downward step in that slow spiral to oblivion that local hosting is heading towards.
HYPOCRIT! I know that some parts like "Iron Messiah" are like popular editing, but you donīt even mention the special parts? This piss me. You maybe put me into one pot because you have seen something, but you might donīt know everything. I tried new stuff with sucess. For example was Genesis (a 50 seconds segment) made only out of 2 seconds clip and only 5 images? No you donīt because you donīt gave a shit about it. You saw things like Iron Messiah and judge on the rest the same way. Or the second half of "Cage"... The room with the mechanic kid in front of the monitors who play scenes out of the live action movies Casshern and Doppleherz.
Explain your self better, but donīt bitch around that way. Youīre acting with this qc like a pure ignorant. This comment is the only one that really pissed me. Are you now proud or something?
# 2007-06-10 17:57:33 From someone who hasn't seen DTTW: I was amazed. I absoultely loved all the segments. I just wish there was a smoother transition from one to the next. When you fade to silence/black for that period of time it makes the segments feel very separate. (Which I don't think you wanted.) Anyways, other than that I loved it. 5/5 -MeleeChampion
I really thought that the breaks are good. To give the viewer time to think =/ Bad mistake. Thanks! Havenīt you said that you finish your amv in the next weeks/days?
# 2007-06-10 12:52:33 An interesting concept, and each segment on its own was fairly competant, but as a whole it seemed way too disjointed and lacking flow to maintain any sort of connection. Seemed like a poor recreation of DTTW to be honest :
Thatīs honest, itīs not a flame, itīs usefull. Not like the fuck above. So I thank you too because I always wanted to capture all thoughts with this amv. Again: The breaks!!! Thanks
# 2007-06-10 12:50:47 Awesome Bauzi :) - Niwa-kun
Wohhoooo!
# 2007-06-10 05:30:25 meh overrated
*shrugs* Who knows today... I donīt know too
Thanks to Drake264 for op exchange! =D
