It'a been more than a year!
2005-04-16 03:53:10
Things look different around here....
I don't recognize anyone 9_9
Hmm...still no reinstatement of the off topic forum...but there's an edit button now WTF
Who do I have to buy a dinner at Olive Garden for to get on that interview list? Oh..I gotta do something worthwhile in the amv biz.
How about....never letting fame fo to my head? It was easy because I never had it to begin with. Just don't tell the site admin that.
Or maybe...the trials and tribulations of having a "famous" last name. And the names I had to endure *sob* It doesn't help that my boyfriend's name is "Kevin" for real. But he'd have to take my last name to gain the iconic full deal.
Ok, realistically...I just made my first amv in almost a year and a half. Or rather finished...I started it last year. I did start making amvs in 1997 so....the longer I hold out, the longer I've been in the game, right?
......I don't know who I am talking to anyway....I don't know any of you new kids!

just no computer access at my place of residence!
Arrg...just when I think I know where the heck I am headed, it goes and changes on me. I am going to do the Ryouga thing and not realize where I have moved to until I get there and install the paper on the roll! That way I know it's my place!
In the meantime, I finished the web version for my Time's Medley video, but uploading is going to be tricky. It has my AniVasion slate at the end for the first time!! Yee
I miss talking to you guys, Flint, Fungie, Chaos, and Uncle Milo....just not around enough to make individual posts! I am on a time limit at the compy I am at....the local job search hub has a computer lab!

Sniper shootings continue
2004-01-16 23:12:17
Columbus is still having those I-270 highway shootings! Another happened thispast Sunday and cracked someone's windsheild.
Honestly, I am suprised that people going to Ohayocon haven't expressed any concern over it.
What I think it is, it's some punk brat lost in a sea of angst and is going out to the highway and shoots at cars to exert control over someone since they are too freaking pathetic to do anything real aout their life. It's been since early December since they shot at anything near the highway. Although in December, they did shoot at a school building. That is what makes me think it's a juvenile, or someone over 18, but with the intelligence level of an 8 year old throwing a tantrum.
I honestlly don't think it's like the DC shootings. But still, this person is either very very stupid, or loving the attention over the case, getting a secret feeling of pride over this in Central Ohio. Why else would they still be using the same gun? The police say that 19 of the shootings have been linked to this same gun. But Columbus is already starting out the year with a bang in other parts. Just last night police found 3 bodies in a house and the story reeks of drug deal gone bad. For the most part, a great majority of the many many killings in the area last year were drug related. Well, that's mankind for you. Too dumb or lazy to solve your problems so you just create more for yourself by drowning in a sea of drugs, whining, and government money.
Latest job news: I am in stage 2 of the hiring process for a Videographer/Editor job in South Dakota at a state university in Brookings. I didn't want to say anything since everytime I do, it seems to fall through. But I figure, they'll make the same decision whichever way no matter who I tell anyway ^_~
excuse any spelling errors, my contacts are dry and I can barely se the screen!
