Man, talk about draining a battery. I've almost completely drained this battery in the past hour. I finished converting clips from the last 4 VOBs of Shamanic Princess. That was where most of the power went. That and the cd that I'm currently burning. It has 8 minutes left, and class starts in 10. I should be able to make it there. My Ultimate Jpop disc comes first. I can't really call it "ultimate" though. I added all the songs I wanted, and it ended up being 140 minutes long. I will call this my "quickly before class" jpop cd. My ultimate will no doubt have to be probably a 3 disc set...^_^'
While we are own the subject of jpop, my Ayumi Hamasaki "I am..." CD shipped today...^_^' Let's see, allow 7 days for the delivery, including 4 days for processing. I just ordered it last night, and it's done processing, and is ready to be shipped today, so I will say it should be here Wednesday or Thursday....^_^' Why can't any music stores around here carry any good import titles? FYE in the mall I work at has a World Music section, but there japanese subsetion has been completely empty everytime I've checked. I don't even think they order them anymore to be honest. Oh well, I guess I will just have to contiue to order online and wait a week......

You Can't Argue With Destiny...

I have lost all that remained of my manliness. I cried at the end of "Bullets of Love". I've never cried at any movie, EVER. I've always been able to hold back the tears. I couldn't do it tonight. I had tears running down my face like never before. This film was just so emotional. It's beyond my talent of writing to express just how moving it was. "Bullets of Love" is my new favorite movie of all time. Everyone should see this film. The opening action scene is a little wierd, and misleading. That's all I can say negative about this movie. Hell, I'm getting teary eyed just writing this now. I said in my last entry that me stumbling across this movie just seemed destined to happen. I now know that it was destined to happen. I go to the mall completely on whim. Didn't make any plans. I was just sitting here and thought, hey, I'll go get Cshadows birthday present today since I'm bored. So I go to Suncoast and am looking through the anime section where I find "Bullets of Love". It's not anime, it was just misplaced. It actually belonged in the martial arts section. Anyway, it's sitting there out of place, so I pick it up and notice just how much Asaka Seto resembles Yamaguchi sensai. After briefly looking over the box, I decide to buy it. Just out of the blue I decide I want this movie. Now, had I bought Cshadows present last Sunday this wouldn't have happened. Classes wouldn't have started yet, so I wouldn't have met Yamaguchi sensai yet, so seeing Asaka Seto on the box probably wouldn't have affected me at all, thus not buying the movie. Likewise, had I bought Cshadows present when I went to work Tuesday like originally planned, it probably wouldn't have been sitting there out of place in the anime section. However, on a whim I decide that I want to go buy his present today. Thus leading up to this entry. Looking back, this really did seem destined to happen. I feel as if I was meant to see this movie. I'm not really sure why. But hey, you can't argue with destiny.........
So sitting aside all of that destiny talk, I will say one more time that everyone should see... no, experience this movie. "Bullet of Love" is a true masterpiece that now sits atop my favorite movies list. Andrew Lau, you have earned my respect...

Guess what I got today. Yep, that's right. I was robbed. I awoke this morning to find that my car had been broken into over night. Luckly all they took was my cell phone, and all the change from my change tray. Probably totaling about two dollars. I was also lucky that they didn't get my CD collection. I have a carrying case that holds 120 CD's completely filled in the backseat of my car. He/she/they probably didn't see it in their rush to steal useless stuff. Whoever it was must not be a dance or jpop fan either, because my Daft Punk, and Utada Hikaru CD's were laying out on the seat. They didn't take those, but I'm sure they saw them there. The cell phone service has been cancelled, and if they go and try to reactivate it they will be caught, so that's useless. Alltell is going to replace the phone for me, since it was still under warranty. So in essence, all I lost was about two dollars worth of pennies, nickels, and dimes.......
Guess what else I got today. No, not an anime, well, I did get an anime. It's not for me though. It's a birthday present for someone who is probably going to ruin the surprise by reading this entry....^_^' What I got me was a movie called "Bullets of Love". It looked quite interesting in Suncoast so I picked it up and saw that it was directed by the same guy who did "The Storm Riders", and "The Duel", which were awesome. Well, Duel was awesome. Haven't seen Storm Riders, but heard it was awesome. Anyway, it also stars Asaka Seto who is a lovely piece of eye candy. She reminds me of Yamaguchi sensai...^_^. That's basically the whole reason behind me buying the movie. The way I stumbling across it, it just seemed meant to be so I bought it. Hopefully it will be good. All I ask is that is be no worse than Gen X cops. If it is better than Gen X I will be completely satisfied with the purchase. I'll probably post my final thoughts, and review of this film tonight, or tomorrow night. It depends on when I get a chance to watch it......
All in all I think it's been a pretty good day........

I NEED a new hard drive. This petty 40 Gb drive in this laptop is just way too small. Ripping a DVD to the hd, then having to compress the .vobs with HuffyYUV takes up way too much space. Since I can't get Premiere to work right with the the .avs files I have to convert the vobs into short avis to use them. I ripped Shamanic Princess. It was a little over 6 Gb. I have about 10 forty-five secs or more clips from the first episode, and they are already totaling 5 Gb. I still have 5 eps to go. That's 25 more gigs of clips to capture. I only have 8 Gb free. Of course I have about 10 Gb of Eva footage on here right now. I don't want to delete it yet though, just incase I decide to finish that Eva vid that I have currently given up on. I need 2 100 Gb USB hard drives. One that I can use to store all of my vids, and others' vids I dl. The other for handling rips and other footage like I'm doing tonight. And I would still have my internal 40 Gb hd for any left overs. That way I can get organized and not have any space concerns. If only I had those 2 100 Gb USB hard drives..............
Time to start saving up my money I guess.........^_^'

I have a new favorite song. I was bored so I decided I would even host it on my free geocities account. Why not? They offer free space, I might as well take advantage of it...

If you know any good jpop that you can recomend let me know. I'm always open to new music. I currently have quite a few tracks from hitomi(my favorite!!!), Utada Hikaru, Ayumi Hamasaki(Evolution is awesome!!), Amuro Namie, and a couple others.
Anyways, view my journal. I have a mp3 hosted. Tell your friends to few my journal and come dl the mp3, at least 53 times so I can break the 2000 limit.....
