AbsoluteDestiny's new video, A Gothic Fairytale, makes me feel like I should be trying harder with my concepts.
I don't really know how to describe it, but it's like... it makes me feel as if I am not reaching my full potential as a video editor. I feel like I could try harder to come up with more original concepts. Watching it, I can almost feel something inside me that I am not tapping, something that I was not aware of before, but which has been somewhat awakened.
While thinking about it, I thought about an Akira video idea I had and was intending to tackle after working on the OMG/PJ video, and I thought of something I could do with it. Something... different. Something I've never seen before, something that, if it could be made to work, might look rather interesting.

It never ceases to amaze me how people vote for banners that will mean NOTHING to people not familiar with the org.
(says the guy who has, in the past few days, made a de-motivational banner, an intentionally crappy banner, and is about to upload one that intentionally slaps people in the face.)
