It's taking me so long to get the DVDs I need for my video that I'm losing steam before I even start. I'm already having doubts about the song I wanted to use and now there's three other songs I may end up using. -_- DAMN IT! This is what happens when I don't hurry up and act on an idea like I did with Double Cross. DAMN!
I'm pulling an all-nighter to fix my schedule, heading off to a behind the wheel session of driver's ed, then I'm going to apply for a job right after that, since I've decided on a place. 'Tis a grocery store called Martin's. Don't laugh. I'll START at $11 an hour if I do night shift, which is great for me because that's the only way I'll be able to get there and work. Besides, I'm a night-owl anyway.
So yay for me. Well not yet, but you get the idea. -

Well I drove some more. Got more "high scores" so to speak, but I made a booboo on a lane change and got marked down one point on traffic observation/control or something like that. Well, I'd better be good; that 14 hour drive to AWA is gonna be rough.
I have 2 classroom sessions left and 3 "behind the wheel" sessions, then I need 20 more hours of driving time. And a license, a car, and a job. Which, I assume, will all happen at once.
I just started watching Hellsing. It's freakin' kickass! I'm gonna buy the DVDs when I get a job. It's just like Trigun, except with a horror theme. I just watched the first episode, which was a zombie theme. Each episode has a different monster theme, I think. Good stuff, I suggest it. -

I don't update my journal like I used to because... Nothing ever happens anymore. I still don't have a job, and AWA is fast approaching. At least I've got that Jin-Roh video done long ahead of time so that if I do go, I have something to show. I want to get another done, as inspiration has hit. I just need to borrow the anime DVDs from a friend and the CD with the song from another friend, and I'm set.
So I went out on the road with my driving instructor today... What a piece of cake that was. She was wowed by my overall skill and how comfortable I was after only getting 10-something hours on my permit. I've had it for like, 8 months now, averaging 1.875 hours a month. With less than two hours a month, how did I get so good? Hell if I know... She gave me the highest score available for every item on her report. Sweet.
I got WCIII (pirated) and I am fairly impressed with it, so I'll be buying it just as soon as a check clears. Hopefully you'll see me on Battlenet soon. -

I'm only halfway done driver's ed... Wow. Don't most people get it done in a week or two? Not I. I do things the difficult way. :)
I had recent inspiration for an AMV, but I lack the necessary footage. I need to borrow the DVDs from X-Fighter. Of course, I have to fight him when he brings them, so it's not gonna be a happy occasion...
I'm really tired right now. I indulge in way too much anime lately. Seriously, I watch at least 4 hours of it a day. And I'm downloading more as I speak. I better take a good, long step away from the computer for a while and get a hold on reality, get out and watch some movies or something. Non-anime ones, preferably.
Either step away, or Fruity Loops drives me nuts. Insanity and Fruity Loops, happiness, insanity and Fruity Loops, happiness... Hmm. Fruity Loops it is. -

REST: Damn dude, you were starting to scare me. I was gonna email you because you hadn't made a journal entry in so long, thought maybe you killed yourself or something. WHEW! Yeah, I'd count that as exciting. Good job, then shame on you, then good job again.
So yeah, I hate XP like I hate venereal disease and Osama Bin Laden, but it looks like I'm REALLY stuck with it now. Today's officially CD BURNING DAY! I have to backup both hard drives so I can format both and make them NTFS, so they're compatible. What a pain in the ass.
