Hypoglycemia?! NO WAIZ!
2007-03-08 03:04:44
At work at about 7:00ish I had a hypoglycemia attack I guess... I was walking back to my workplace from a meeting in the business and suddenly became dizzy. At first it didn't bother me (I've had these small dizzy spells for a couple years now). I kept walking but it just kept getting worse unlike it usually does. Eventually my vision became doubled and then blacking out took in. Became shakey and pale, all so sweaty. I never passed completely out but I almost nodded off a few times. Funniest thing ever was seeing an ambulance truck pull into a huge machining garage. Luckily for me an EMT certified employee was their and he gave me some peanut butter crackers and orange juice after finding my pulse rate to be almost non existant. I don't remember much because it was happening so fast to me it seemed like a few minutes. I'm sure it was longer. "You haven't been eating right for the past few years," Said the doctor I met at the hospital.
So now I might end up paying for it for the rest of my life. While I might not have hypoglycemia yet, I will end up with it eventually if I don't change my habits.
Lesson: Eat right people.
If you ever feel the above symptoms you might want to consider seeing a doctor about it before it gets worse unlike me.
I'm lucky it was just a minor hypoglycemia attack, could be worse >_<.

Well I guess I should thank Kariudo... And everyone who helps on the forums.

I spent 3 hours just now learning how to deinterlace using avisynth. I got the basics down now and just preped my Jubei2 footage for an MEP Idea I have. Deinterlacing with avisynth before editting is probably alot better then what I have been doing. I've been editting then using a 3rd party program to encode into mp4 after rendering an uncompressed. The 3rd party program smoothens, deinterlaces... etc... but after adding fx and stuff i guess it just aint able to do a good enough job or something.
Anyways I'm happy i decided to sit down and understand that stuff. Thanks goes out to kariudo for that opinion I received. I really do try to learn from my mistakes. This just goes to proove it.
Deinterlacing is a not a problem anymore. I figure I can just edit with an AVS script and then after I've completed my editing, I'll add my cleaning parts of the script to it so I dont edit with slow playback. Slow playback is so annoying, I like editing on the fly.
Overall I guess I've learned everything I need to from avisynth for the time being till someone invents a new godly filter. I know how to encode to mp4 nicely. The only thing I need to work on now is using After effects. I've toyed with it here and there but I don't really see anything detrimental in it that can't be done with premiere yet. Of course I don't have any plugins for it yet so I guess that's a good reason. Gotta do some reading on that.
Overall I got everything down prior to editing. I gotta agree with scintilla's comment about famous edittors are just newbies who stuck around and learned how to get better. While I don't intend to become famous, (I doubt I'll ever make anything with THAT much of an impact.) I'm definitely sticking around and learning how to get better.
No one ever really stops to take the time and thank the people who actually provide advice and help on the forums. It's so pathetic. Most of the people just bash noobs which is why I've never asked any questions. Even though many people don't ask questions and don't post on the forums they are still reading and taking in information where necesary (like me) so thanks to all of those people who go out of their way to actually help others.
Really, thank you.

Godix don't care, he probably just considers his week ban a week of vacation.
lolololololololol.
If he wanted to know people are stupid though, he could of just asked. Lots of people would of just told him straight.
At any rate, I still think he's the only reason the forums are entertaining. His achievement is worth a long entry on the amv.org news letter. Unfortunently I'm not interested in writing it :/.

I feel kinda bad.. Dropped out of an mep for the first and hopefully last time. Atleast I got time to get stuff done now. Not to mention I haven't released a single amv since november 2006... I guess I been experimenting with FX more then actually editing... plus the MEP spree... Guess I need to get to work so I can have something for raven to op after I op her new vid which is freaking WIN. Makes me want to work on mine and finish it. I just don't know what to do. I'm almost out of source and I don't want to add another source. Running out of creative ideas and other problems... I might just resort to Scintilla's sugguestion and cut the song. I have an idea for a strange way to end it since its a horror amv. Besides what horror movies actually have comprehensive endings? Random ftw.
