I know digital effects makes an AMV cooler but seriously.. I'm seeing so much crazy bazaar digital effects now that its basically... GOD.. I wish I could put it into words... It's like.. hmm... It's like they have stripped the Anime of its value and just put all kinds of lights and cool transitions in it.. Ha.. that was a bad way to explain it.. Let me put it this way.. If you feel that you have to put in digital effects to make your AMV more cooler then your a failure at creating AMV's... Digital effects are cool but relying on them in an AMV is stupid. An AMV should generate emotions... a storyline put to a song that a viewer lives through for a whole 3-5 minutes. The story of the Anime or part of it should jump out at the viewer. The song helps bring it out and create the surroundings. Digital effects to me is getting in the way of this, like instead of watching for the anime you start watching it for the cool effects and flashy lights... GOD IT'S IRRITATING. I think that’s why I have refused to learn to do any digital editing thus far. To me the best AMV is the one that brings the anime to life with the song and puts the viewer in a third person perspective of what’s actually going on in an anime. I get to thinking a lot when I'm bored... I started thinking about this as I watched a ton of AMV's that I've downloaded and thought highly of... But I found myself watching them over and over again for the digital effects... Not the AMV itself... Guess I just got disturbed a little after I realized that. I have all so decided never to learn about digital effects for the sake of AMV creating. It's true I may use some here and there to help portray emotion or what not.. But I dont know anymore... Digital effects are starting to create a hole in AMV's to me. Some of them are even getting out of hand. I don't expect anyone to agree with me on this but It is bugging the hell out of me now. I think this is what PIANOS was trying to say in his interview.. heh.. I totally agree with him if thats what he was trying to say.
Anyways just thought I'd let that all out cause it diserved to be said.

The one in Burst Angel is a major hotty not to mention.. kinda silly and prolly dont believe me but all the GF's that I've had thus far have been red heads... Then again looking at the one in Burst Angel... this is no where near a problem... hahaha :O~~

Not really but yeah. Been going to school more to catch up on sick days and working 30 hours a week still. Right now I'm watching burst angel or better known as "Bakuretsu Tenshi" so no script from me for a while cause... well.. cause... I said so.. anyways yeah I'm preoccupied by... this fuggin sweet robot anime.
