So far, the whole series is like bad fanfiction I can't stop reading for some reason ;_;

I'd tell the story as to why I've decided to torture myself with the second one, but due to the fact part of it's due to a major event that people are still touchy-feely about, I'll spare a good chunk of the details.
Needless to say I was locked in a store for several hours the other day, and having nothing better to do than to read random crap that caught my attention and talk to the people who were brave/nice enough to put up with my asshattery - I ended up bending up the paperback while attempting to read parts of it, felt guilty and bought it.
Since I have it, the least I can do is read it (or use it for kindling) so I can make fun of it (or at least complain about it in what I hope is somewhat a comedic way).

Truthful comments: New Moon so far is a bit better than Twilight, however that's not saying much. I still find all the drama rather meh and really wish that Bella would get over herself. However since the book is from her point of view I don't see her self-centered-ness coming to an end any time soon. O.o
I highly doubt I'll buy the next in the series - unless they come out in the cheapie $7 paperbacks as well.
All that said: I understand that people like this for some reason and all I can say is "to each his own" it's not really my thing O.o (and yet I keep reading?!?! wtf?) - 2009-11-05 22:47:43 I'm alive :P so is John.

Yea I've been doing that for a month... Godix (my Pachrisu) does like his older Asian chick (Pachrisu I got from the GTS), and they give plenty of eggs, however no shiny babies. :/
The chances are still stupidly slim even using that method - also it seems I've caught more wild shinys @_@ and the chances are a lot slimmer doing it that way.
I'd abuse the RNG, however I donno how to get my "secret id" without hacking - I tried calculating it out, but issues there :/ Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
