I see these warnings mostly by "n00bs" that use stuff like Gravitation and other very ovbious Shounen-ai animes lol...
i can understand for some of the many pairings that arent typical or something like Mustang and Ed or whatever but yea... lol..
but the its not just that the warnings are there, its also that they often times go like this:
"LEIK OMG THIS IS YAOI/SHOUNEN-AI IF YOU HATE THAT THEN LEAVE NOW!!! NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR ABOUT HOW SICK YOU THINK I AM!!!! AND DONT WATCH MY VIDEO!!!!!!"
and i look at it and go "O.o ehhh? did someone pms on their video description?"
