yea but they usually get caught and taken down cause its against the rules....
plus one chick spazzed all over the forums about a QC she recieved on the vid she uploaded... which was met by "youre not allowed to upload harry potter" -

people upload live action too... O.o and invader zim too, and other things that are against the rules..... I've seen harry potter vids on this site O.O
it happens.
though i believe that they are be allowed up to 25% game play... as long as 75% is cut scenes :P same goes for sailor moon :P - 2006-07-29 21:44:16 this is why you are only supposed to use the cut scenes... :P

live action sailor moon isnt animated either and why its not allowed...
