Livejourna continues to screw up

John says that I get riled up over the "silliest things" (namely this livejournal TOS mess thats been going on) I don't have much of a life, and well its something that effects me, or at least partially effects me...
I wonder if they would shut down the AMV community for breaking copyright laws?
I also wonder if they would shut down the several "music sharing" communities for violating copyright laws O.o?
I mean they wont delete pro-ana communities for breaking their TOS (creating communities to promote "self harm" is against the TOS - I'm pretty sure helping people to continue being ANOREXIC is considered promoting self harm) but they will delete permanent accounts (without refund or notice, mind you) for posting a picture of Harry and Snape doing rather uh dirty things (Harry, imho looks old enough to be doing those things legally in that image) O.o wut now?
Okay they say they don't want pr0n on their site, understandable, then why don't they fucking say it in their TOS, even MySpace has the balls to put it all over their site "YOU UPLOAD PORN AND YOU WILL BE DELETED"
yet, eljay seems to be skirting around the subject trying to make "every one happy" while not giving clear answers or actually amending their TOS.. they just put random "clarifications" in their lj-biz community that don't really CLARIFY anything.
Really, all fandom wants is a clear TOS, yet eljay doesn't seem to want to give that. -
