Dammit, so I rendered a beta only to find a blank spot in my editing, somehow one of my clips got moved over >:[
dammit dammit dammit! now i gotta re-render and upload all over again O.o fecking ghost editing somehow going on my vegas Another of my clips got moved over as well O.o

To enter Pro or not to enter Pro? that is the question!

So I'm working on this video, (and no I'm not going to give any details away...) and I donno, I've never entered Pro at AWA before and considering this year they don't have the whole "send in the dvds" thing, I'm seriously thinking of entering... (The dvds, and the laziness and the cheapness is what stopped me from entering before.)
However I don't feel like my video has a chance. But then when it comes to other editors voting on my videos, they rarely have a chance. O.o Either way I'm thinking of entering, but I donno...
The big drawback to entering is that I will have to wait, at the very least, until after voting to release my video (I could be seriously evil and wait till after the con to release it if I wanted though - but somehow I don't think people will be clamoring for this one)... Well, I don't HAVE to, but I really prefer the idea of blind judging rather than people being biased for or against me, because I am me. I'd rather it be judged on it's own merits.
The other thing is I'm not very competitive. I can enter Expo and get the "same treatment" that I would be wanting out of the con - which would be just the chance to show my video. If I entered Expo then I could just release the video when I finished it.
The truth is I probably won't be making any other videos in time for the deadline, and everything else I have made has been released on the org already and that kinda flubs up that whole blind voting thing. I didn't think I would even end up working on this video in particular. I just got inspired and started on it.
Anyways I'm kinda stuck on what to do... so I thought I'd bitch about it in my journal because thats what journals are for :P
