This afternoon in Costello I was running around doing errands for villagers. And practically every time I went to get something that someone borrowed, it was the same conversation:
"Hey, I'm here to get Biff's handkerchief."
"Oh, I lent that to Sydney."
"What's up? I need Bunnie's game boy."
"Sydney has it."
"How's it hangin'? I need to get--"
"Sydney took it!"
"Uh, I need--"
"Sydney!"
I have come to a conclusion from these conversations:
SYDNEY IS A KLEPTOMANIAC!!!!! Stop stealing everyone's stuff, Syd!

Feng shui kicks ass!

I worked on my Feng Shui in Portland yesterday. Right now I only have "good" feng shui on my first floor. On the south side I have a bunch of plants, on the west side, lots of G-logos and sunflowers, on the north I have G-logos and gerberas, and on the east, some G logos, the Blue Dresser, a hamster cage, and a birdcage. That's for Jayn in Portland. Audrey in Costello's feng shui is not as good, but I did add some gerberas to the north side, and I have yellow stuff (and G-logos) on the west and plants on the south. I need some red stuff for the east side, though. Jayn dug up 30,000 bells from the glowy-spot today (no Katrina fortune). Woo hoo!
Spike moved to Portland today when I brought Spork's game boy he'd forgotten to him, pushing Jay the bird out of Portland. Meh, I didn't get to know Jay that well, so I don't mind that he moved. Anyway, Spike was immediately replaced by Static the squirrel. And guess what color Static is? PURPLE! Well, actually, purple with a yellow lightning-bolt on his head. But why the hell am I getting all the purple animals?

Crazy Redd, Part II

I got a regal chair and a lovely armoire from Redd yesterday. He also had an ebony piano, but I already had that one. I didn't really "need" either the chair or the armoire, but I bought them anyway since they're rare.
Yesterday Tutu the encephalitic bear asked me would I deliver something to Puck, who now lives in Portland? I said fine. I went around and talked to animals until I got to Spork, who said he was thinking about moving. Fine, I don't really care for Spork anyway. So I delivered whatever it was to Puck, and Spork moved to Portland, which pushed someone out of Portland. And who do you think it was? Woolio the purple sunglasses-wearing punk sheep! Dammit! I loved Woolio. Well, maybe there's a chance he'll come back eventually. Goose the chicken moved completely out a few weeks ago, then came back last week. He didn't remember me though.

Crazy Redd's coming to Costello today. HOPEFULLY I'll get something good, like something from the Blue or Modern series. Well, I'll see at 6 pm...
There was a thunderstorm last night IRL, and I was fishing in the game. I figured I'd better save and quit before the power went off, so I ran back to my house, saved, and about ten seconds later--POP--the power went out. That was a pretty close call, especially considering that it was raining in the game (no thunder though) and I was fishing for coelacanth and had caught about six.

Gracie came to Portland today. I hate her. She's the Giraffa camelopardalis reticulata* version of Joan Rivers. Always dissing my outfits. Always dissing my character if she wears her outfits ("Some people just don't look good in ANYTHING!"). And who knew the word "darling" could be so sickening? But, I did manage to get a strawberry shirt today. I like it.
*That would be the scientific name for "giraffe."
I got a new character in Portland today. Sydney the purple koala. What the fuck is up with all these purple animals? Seriously. Anyway, she's one of the really sweet ones, like Vesta. I can't remember her catchphrase.
Meh, not much else today.
