Raffle Day!

Today was Raffle Day. In Costello, I won all three prizes--Donkey Kong (hooray! I really wanted that one), a black king, and a kiddie stereo. In Portland, I only won second and third prizes, which were a regal cupboard and a Nook's portrait. The first prize was an Arwing, but I don't care that I didn't win that because I already have one.
The previous summer campers are gone, and I haven't really looked for any new ones today.
I caught my first June fish last night--an eel. They have surprisingly small shadows for such long fish.

Summer campers are here! I have Tybalt in Costello and Penny in Portland. I haven't gotten anything good from them, though. I gotta try later.
Crazy Redd came to Portland yesterday, but he didn't have anything rare. Just ... I think a green drum, a watering trough, and something else, I forget.
I checked Joan's turnip prices, but I didn't feel like buying any this week. But I'll still check prices everyday. In Costello they were 70 BPT and in Portland they were 92 BPT.
I keep forgetting to add that Tangy moved into Portland! Yay! A fruit-headed kitty!

Last night when C.R. came to Costello (I almost forgot he was going to come, and didn't see him until about 9 pm) he had a green dresser, a red corner, and a wide-screen TV for sale. The red corner was 27,200 bells! Jesus chicken-salad christ! I only had 30,000 on me, so I had to go get more money out of the bank. I did buy all the stuff he had, as I knew it was all rare (I have a list).
Fireflies are out! I caught my first ones in Portland last night. They're so cool-looking. I also caught a flat stag beetle. I'm on the lookout for pond skaters, purple butterflies, darner dragonflies and whatever other insect comes out in June.
Also fish--there are about five or six new fish in the river/lake this month. I'm going to be doing a lot of fishing and donating to the museum.

Redd's coming to Costello tonight, so hopefully I can get something good from him (*crosses fingers* blue or modern! blue or modern!)
I am soooo pissed off. I got a spike in Portland today of 992 BPT, and I didn't have any turnips to sell! I knew I should have waited and not sold Portland's turnips in Costello. But there was no way to tell if the price would spike.
On an up-note, I broke 70,000 HRA points in Costello today.

Nothing at all happened today. Crazy Redd is coming to Costello on the 28th and Portland on the 29th, but until then, nothing. At least it finally stopped raining in Costello.
