Jayn broke 100,000 HRA points now.

Ah, the Arwing. It's huge, but it's apparently worth more than 10,000 points, as when I added it and a Master Sword to Jayn's upstairs, my HRA score shot up and I broke 100,000 with her. I didn't think I would break 100,000, since I had to sacrifice some items to make room for it. I was thinking more along the lines of around 90,000+. So now I have the manor model for both my houses, and I don't even have the full furniture series for either of them yet.
Audrey didn't win the fishing tourney, although I thought if you saved and quit after you'd pulled in the most recent record fish, you'd automatically win. I did that, so apparently it isn't always true. Jayn did win and got a white queen. As if I needed a white queen. Come on, Chip, give me a goddamn blue table or something out of the modern series or an NES game.
Portland's turnip price (asking) today was the highest I've seen it so far--126 BPT. Which means, of course, that if Nook spikes in Portland, I'll get 1008 BPT. Costello's was only 82 BPT. I bought 7700 turnips in Costello and 4900 in Portland. The lowest amount of money I stand to make if Nook spikes is still over three million bells.

I didn't think I could do it! All I did last night was change my upstairs wallpaper and carpeting to Saharah's lunar surface and Wendell's lunar horizon. That was for Audrey. Now, I'm working on Jayn's score.
Speaking of Wendell, he's coming to Costello on the 20th. (Or maybe the 21st, I can't remember...) I wish Wendell were like Saharah, that is to say, I wish that you could get more than one wallpaper from him at a time with the same character.
I used one of the few non-cheating UCs to get myself a Nintendo Bench (that's the ONLY way you can get it, is by the code, so that's why it's not cheating) and added it to Audrey's upstairs today. Also added a manor model (duh).
Today in Costello I have ... who is it? Um, Kabuki is camping in Costello. I haven't gotten anything really good from him, except a mountain bike, which I already have. In Portland, I have some bitchy bear--uh, Ursala. I've gotten a propane stove and a backpack from her, which I'm going to save in letters. I'm hoping to get a kayak to up my yellow feng shui.

Saharah came to Portland today, and I was in the process of buying my last rare carpet (I could get seven) when the GODDAMN POWER WENT OUT. I was so pissed! Not only did I get bawled out by Resetti (they should have made it so that things that aren't your fault, like the power going out, wouldn't summon Resetti), but I had to go buy all those carpets all over again. This time, just to be on the safe side, I saved after about every two carpets.
Neither of my towns' turnip prices spiked this week. Dammit. Well, that increases the chances that one (or both) will spike next week.
It's thunderstorming in Costello today, so later I'm going coelacanth fishing.
Nook had a sale today in Costello. Two wallpapers. Whoopee. Ornate wall, and parlor wall. I bought them both solely for the raffle tickets.

Katrina came to Costello yesterday. The first "real" fortune I got was the tripping curse! Dammit! Well, it was about 10 pm, so I just decided to save and quit until after midnight, when the tripping curse would wear off. So I went back after midnight and I really, really wanted the rare items fortune, so I cheated a little bit--I kept resetting until I got it. I think it took me about nine resets. Anyway, I went around and shook trees, and got Nook's portrait (already had) and a ... white rook? Yeah, I think that was it. Some white chess piece anyway. I didn't have the white rook yet.
I got Kitty in Costello the other day. I want her to move out so I'm completely ignoring her. I want Kiki!
Here's a conspiracy. The "hungry/lazy" males (Puck, Jeremiah, Spork, et al.) are all STONED. Think about it. They're always hungry ("I've grown a powerful hunger since I saw you last, [catchphrase],") they keep falling asleep ("A good letter like this makes me want to take a nice... long ... nap.... *zzz zzz*) and the other day, when I was talking to Puck and asked for a job, he said "Huh? Whazzuh? What was I talking about?" or something similar. Puck, especially, is just stoned out of his gourd. I [heart] Puckies. I think next time one of the stoned males (which is what I actually call them) asks me to change his catchphrase, I'm going to make it "heheheheh" (like a stoner laugh). That'd be great.

Crazy Redd came to Portland yesterday, but the only "rare" thing he had was a basic painting, which cost nearly 8000 bells.
I didn't really do much yesterday--just ran errands and stuff, and played Donkey Kong until when I finally went to bed and closed my eyes, I saw visions of barrels come ... uh, barreling at me.
I'm trying to find codes for some NES games that I want--Clu Clu Land D, Donkey Kong Jr, and Donkey Kong 3. Haven't been able to find them though.
