Valentine's Day, and more lighthouse lighting!

Yesterday, I found Tortimer at the well in both my towns, and he said to turn the lighthouse on every night, starting tonight, until the 20th, because he said he was going on vacation. Good Lord, that turtle takes a lot of vacations.
Today is Valentine's Day! Audrey got six valentines, and my storage character for Costello, [note], got two. My other storage character, Daria, got none. Poor Daria. In Oregon, Jeremy got nine (!) valentines, and [4-note] got like five or six--pretty impressive since she's also a storage character and I never use her to talk to villagers.

Igloo items

Jeremy has all the igloo items, and Audrey only needs the chowder. Jeremy has an extra chowder, so I think I'll just travel with him and give it to Audrey that way.
Last week Tortimer went on vacation and I had to turn the lighthouse on in both my towns from Jan 16-23. I got the lighthouse model for doing that.
Today I was talking to Otis (lazy male) and he said something along the lines of "I love a nice tall glass of mineral water! There's no better way to beat the heat!" Uh... heat? It's January, Otis.

I haven't updated for 2+ weeks as I bought Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door and that game has recieved my almost-undivided attention since Dec. 29th. So I'm just going to update turnip prices today. Oh, and I've gotten about three of the Snowman items per character, not because I'm bad at making snowmen, but because I'm lazy about it. Also haven't gotten any igloo items yet as I'm waiting for a "sweet female" to have an igloo as I've heard they have the easiest means of getting igloo items.

Jingle all the way...

Two nights ago, Jingle came to town, and I HAD to time travel to get anything from him, as we always go to my grandparents' house for Christmas Eve every year (it's tradition.) Anyway, Audrey got the Jingle carpet, wall, table, wardrobe, shelves, bed, sofa, clock, and chair, plus several repeats before Jingle caught on to my little clothes-changing scheme, and I had the Jingle Piano already (no, I didn't use a UC, I created a junk town earlier, time travelled to Dec. 24th and got it). I don't remember what Jeremy got but it was considerably less than what Audrey got.
Snowballs have started to appear! Despite creating junk towns and practicing building snowmen, Audrey's first snowman was a disaster! I didn't want this to happen, but somehow the larger snowball jumped on top of the smaller one. Crap! Well, her second one was perfect. Jeremy's first and second snowmen were both perfect, and he's gotten the Snowman Fridge (for the first one). I haven't checked my AC mail to find out what his second gift (and Audrey's first one) is.
I think igloos will appear soon, too.
