<Yawns inconspicuously>

Did I spell that right? No matter. I have a severe headache from last night. I listened to music 'til 10:00, realised I had to get up at 6:30 next morning, and tried and failed to get to sleep. Ow.
Science booster day today. i learnt nothing, except how the National Board of Water conducts its swimming pool test. An invaluable gem of knowledge.
I also found 2 great new songs. "Ali Baba's camel" by the Bonzo dog doo dah band, and "Deliver me" by the bliss sisters. Anyhow, I'm not allowed on the Pc after 8PM tonight, due to my mother noticing my combination of tiredness, chronic hayfever, sore throat and headache, and blaming it on the machine. (*_*)
Current status:Hungry.

Chinese buffet.
2004-03-21 14:18:46
Mothers day today! The family went to a chinese restaurant. My sister, being the cultural disaster she is, ate only chicken and rice. I tried everything, and as a result now am unable to eat anything else. Come 9:00 though, I shall finally finish the cake I started yesterday! <Slobbers>
I've completed Animal Crossing (In the sense that I paid off the final loan), and thus can lend it to all of my new friends. In a way, it's a good thing Nintendo didn't release it in Europe. I imported it from down under, and got the game and free memory card for £5 less than if it had come out over here!
Problem:Politicians eventually disappoint.
Solution:Eliminate Politicians.

Quasi-plutonic relationships???

Oh, and as an afterthought, I've no idea what that means.
I just thought I'd add a random question: "Does anyone know just what'll happen if that cold-fusion reactor mucks up??? Well lets just say that it uses the same energy producion system as the sun. Bang. Need I say more???

Ok...
I've had a pretty bad week. I haven't been on the PC due to my re-discovery of Skies of Arcadia, and possibly that's a good thing. My GCSE's are coming up. For any Canadians/Americans/Foreign people that don't have GCSEs, and thus don't know what they are, they're a series of courses spanning 2 years, that lead to exams and, eventually, qualifications. By law, every student must study Maths, English, at least dual science, and one modern language. You also get three 'options' which allow you to chose a random other subject. In our school, Religous Studies is now a compulsory full-course subject!!! Well, with that aside, I can get to the point of this explanation!
I chose German for my language, and Triple science (You cover more specialist ares, but get one less option). For options I chose Music <Shudders> and Information Tech. I may switch from Music to Geography though...
So what was to come is really unhelpful. My German teacher's taching methods are questionable, and I'm really getting apprehensive over it. We were told to copy everything from the text book, now our teacher's taken another U-turn and told us that we must "explore the language more". Maybe I should've chosen French...I have studied it for a year longer than German, and I'm in the top language set. Don't know why though... (*_*)
And to crown it all off, I have Karate grading and Piano theory Grd. V coming up after my S.A.T.s. Great...More revision. I can't wait 'till I get to the sixth form, you get to wear a cloak! Well, a very long Darth-Vader-esque trenchcoat!
In our school, the Head Boy still has the right to smoke a pipe in all lessons!

Ich bin zeimlich mude...

Well, 'ages' since last update. Completed Golden Sun II, and got up to the Dark Rift on Skies of Arcadia. Harvest Moon is out on Friday!!! Also, my German teacher has adopted a brand new teaching strategy. Copy all sentences from textbook. Result: full marks. Invent own sentences using glossary at back of textbook, and own database of vocab, built up over 2 years. Result: "See me". Yes, the new stratem of teaching in the German department is "Don't try to run before you can walk". Which is a totaly incorrect motto. We can walk *and* run, both metaphorically and literally. Well, it could be worse...
Not really. I'm shattered from result of 6:30AM mornings, bed at 8:30, and reading/listening to music 'til 10:30. Plus, hayfever is kicking in. Joy.
On a somewhat brighter note, I have discovered a load of random stuff about non-baryonic cold dark matter. What fun! It's very useful for confusing non-science teachers. If only our old one was here...She would be great to confuse. Confusion is power, especially given the sort of morons I'm burdened with these days.
In the news: 2 teenagers trapped a 14 year old in a skip, and set fire to it. The boys screams were audible as he was suffocated.
...
And this is the society we live in.
