School, Sick, Suck.

I gotta go to school in like 4 minutes so i'll be fast. Kairo is sick and doesn't wanna goto school. Personally I just think he's tired and is faking it. I lost my student id and have to buy a new one and I'm on my last clean clothes so today is laundry day. I'm going through my old music videos to see if I should upload any of them. So far so bad.

Bad modem, BAD!

My cable modem decided to just quit on me this weekend so I have had a lot of trouble. My particular modem has a smiley face with a light with a smiley face on it that never does anything, I always wondered what it was for, I just found out. When my connection was lost is started blinking as if the company designed the modem to laugh at you when you were in dire need of the internet. There are lots of reasons why this is bad, 1)I host all of my vids on my pc so if my internet goes down then so does my server. (I apologise to all my loyal fans who were ettempting to download a video this weekend) 2)I CAN'T CHECK MEGATOKYO IF MY INTERNET IS DOWN! This is a very big problem. I am a huge fan of megatokyo and many other webcomics that I can't check without a good connection. 3)It's the frickin internet connection, need I say anymore.
So.... how did I fix my problem you ask. I had just received my DSL modem 4 days ago and after trying it out and finding out it was slower I was gonna return it. Then I considered the fact that the first month was free and my cable modem is like this for usually 4 days when it does this. I hooked up the DSL and reinstalled everything and am now using it as a temp connection until My cable is working again.

I went to sleep at 3:30 PM and am just now waking up(6:14am). I am a little peeved I didn't get to spend more time with my pc. I haven't done anything new for the site lately mostly because I've been sleeping. Really and truly I didn't wanna get involved with this kind of stuff for atleast another month (Kairo sprung this on me two days ago when he said he was starting the studio)so I wouldn't have to check it everyday like i am now. I'm also not in the mood to make a webpage from scratch. I once again have to go to school in a matter of minutes. I think this is probably the best time to make journal entries because I'm too tired to think "Hmmm, I shouldn't be telling the whole world all my private thoughts, they might have me thrown in the padded room." Oh well. I can't really think of anything to mention mostly because basically all I did yesterday was sleep and go to school(also sleep). OH! I just remembered my typographics of a gundam was put in the teachers lounge. I'll probably never see it again but that means my teacher really likes it, which is amazing cuz she hates me, I am now going to start getting ready for school.
Ohayooooooooo...I mean bye - Can't sleep....Clowns will eat me. 2001-12-06 06:23:27 I just stayed up all night setting up my new dsl modem(Which is slower then my cable modem after all, so I'm sending it back), getting my cd-burner to work properly, setting up a web server using this here pc to host our videos with and I'm going to school in less then an hour. I am probably gonna sleep my entire 1st period and awake to drool on my bookbag/pillow because embarassing things only happen when there are large audiences to enjoy them. Note to self, buy more jolt cola. I am trying to decide which music videos I'm gonna show and which ones will never make the light of day (I used other peoples Music videos to practice with when I was first starting and I'm wondering which ones I changed enough to where it's a completely different video). I am probably gonna put one dbz one up, my x trailer video and my Lunar2 video and that will be it for now. I pulled an all nighter 2 nights ago as well and heard geraldo rivera is in afghanistan and he's packin' heat. The thought of him in afghanistan, much less with a gun, makes me wonder just how long he'll last. We ll my ride will be here in half an hour and I'm still not ready to go. So.... goodbye.
