I just found out that I got into the Returning Residents program at my university which that I'm going to move into a shiny (maybe not shiny...) new building in about 6 weeks. It's got an elevator but I got put on the first floor so...yeah. Probably still gonna ride it to the other three floors when I'm bored. ^L^
Anyway, I've picked my next project and it will involve Lain and "Catch Me" by Maylynne (the theme song of webseries "The Scene"). -

I'm now home for the summer and pursuing a job at Blockbuster. My time is spent watching anime "on demand" through Comcast, sports on ESPN, and playing video games. I'm pushing myself to finish watching Beck and Witch Hunter Robin while still actively following the... following anime:
On fansubs: Speed Grapher, Bleach, Zettai Shonen, MAR (sort of), Mahoraba
On [adult swim]: Samurai Champloo, s-CRY-ed, Paranoia Agent (this time, it's dubbed!)
AMV business:
Still trying to decide on which song to do next; it could be "Counting Down the Hours," "One Man's War," or "A Favor House Atlantic". Perhaps something else (like "Virtual Insanity") will hit me in the face, I don't know. [So many half-baked ideas! Aaaah!] Most likely, I'll take a crack at "Jukebox Hero" whenever I finish BECK. (Mongolian Chop Squad!)

A week ago, I posted "Lonely in Paris", my first completed AMV. In the past week, 24 people have downloaded it and 17 of those (71%) left a star rating. Avg. star rating as of now is 3.29. Also, my first opinion came from the operator of a German Noir fansite. +1 Confidence
Next week is Heaven and Hell Week at the same time.
Heaven: Revenge of the Sith, E3
Hell: 3 midterms, possibly watching some of the courses I want to take next quarter be gobbled up by upperclassmen
Oh yeah, and today's Friday the 13th. Boo. -

Put the finishing touches on the video tonight and uploaded it about 15 minutes ago. Now I can relax before my "Midterm Hell Week" that's coming up as fast as Jeff Gordon during the final lap at Daytona. Crap, I made a NASCAR reference. *hates self for the next couple hours*
Anyway, please watch it and see if you like it. It's not the best, but, hey, it's not bad. ^L^ -

Coming down the home stretch with my first legit attempt at making an AMV. Just starting the final chorus (46 seconds) of the song. Might even finish it tomorrow or this weekend and upload it soon after. When it goes up, please watch it and leave an opinion. I'm even willing to do an "op swap" (you give me an op and I'll give you one) if proposed.
I'm already starting to plan out my next project which will either deal with Scar from FMA or be a multi-anime project to a Beatles song. Hopefully it'll take much less time than this current one did.
Star Wars Episode III comes out in 2 weeks!!! (yes, that does warrant three exclamation points.) Chewy's back and this promises to be darker than any of the other 5 films, since it got the series' first PG-13 rating. I'm very much looking forward to this.
