JOURNAL: Sub0 (Ben )

  • the forum is now in session 2005-08-17 16:33:32 Rina, I don't think anything will stop me from looking bad ;p this or anything I constantly find a way o.0

Shadow, ... um... oh yeah! us forum vets are retarded if more old posters are returning (I haven't noticed... but me 'n' flint had a nice pity party over the demise of OT in the great battle of 03) then that probly DOES relate to the flame wars.

Now on to my original idea
    How to make spaghetti:

fill a microwave safe bowl up with Franco american. Put a slab of cheeze on it and zap it for 30 seconds. Mix and serve hot.

How to make spaghetti when your NOT a cheap hoar:

fill a friggen large 3 gallon pot one half to 2 thirds full of water and boil it on the stove on high. if it's not red it's not on. grab a handfull of noodles to cook in all that water... water's cheap, besides you'll need it all -_-. optionally pour a cap full of vegetable oil into the water, it'll keep the noodles from sticking as much.

now leave that on the stove and (maybe best on your third+ attempt but multitask if you feel you can handle it) set your frying pan onto the largest burner and turn it onto medium, you don't need it red, you gotta wait for the water to boil anyway -_-. most suggest you grease the pan, I say it won't matter long as your only browning meat and the burners not red, the meat will provide more then enough grease. cook and stir your meat until it's totally brown and you can slice a peice in two with your spatula and not see pink. turn this burner down to low and grab you sauce (I'm supposeing it's ready made Prego or something, if you need instructions on making sauce from scratch ask somebody else -_- I always end up with chili ;p). put the sauce down (bet ya just grabbed it ;p -woops- not yet) and grab another big pot, this time only like 1 gallon, do NOT put your sauce into your frying pan even if it's a big Wok thing or something that your sure it'll fit, you'll likeley be putting more stuff in and boiling it, you'll make a mess. anyway set the 1 gallon pot on the burner that is on low, pour the meat in and the sauce, stir it a bit. From here you may be done, depending on your taste (and in my case patience), you may want to add a bit of extra spices like mushrooms, olives, oregano, italian spices, etc. now make sure the sauce will be safe if it boils a bit and leave it in the back of your mind turning back to your noodles.

hopefully your noodles are boiling by now, if not then just sit on the floor and read a magazine... no wait... you may prefer a chair but DON'T forget about your noodles (or your sauce, if you fall asleep the stuff will crust and bubble all over the place... though on low it will take awhile). when the water is boiling let it boil for ten minutes or more, but don't go overboard or you will get soggy noodles. the trick is to fish a noodle out (with a big fork or tongs or your spatula if need be, don't worry if it's got sauce on it, you'll be dumping out the water anyway) cut off an end (o.0), chomp it (0.o) and if it gets stuck in your teeth (you still have some right??) then it's not done. once done grab a bowl shaped strainer and put it in the sink. grab the pot of noodles with the ton of water (two hands! that means pot holders) and dump it slowly (slowly, that's alot of water, don't need it to splash out, your strainer may be a bit small as well- note this WILL fog up your glasses so you can't see, take them off if you have them) into the strainer in the sink. be sure it's the sink not some other basin because in the next step you'll want to run the noodles under some cold water. the water serves to keep the noodles from sticking, I usually skip that oil in the water trick cuz I can't see it work especially when you wash them anyway but. now I said run them under, you don't have to wash every single one -_- would be nice, but just turn the water on over it and massage them in such a motion that it'll likeley get to each one. don't rush it but don't linger. put it on a plate and serve. remember, ya don't need alotta sauce for alotta noodles so cook more noodles and expirament, maybe you can cook more noodles in your pot- but be shrewed the first time to get your basics.

I took a Home Ec class in middle school... chicks dig a guy who knows how to cook. It was just before lunch period (free food) and the chicks in there were hot!! -_- Next I'll explain how to burp a tuppaware!!
  • tears flow like waterfalls 2005-08-17 13:03:18 I swear, the pure suckage of that video is just... staggering.
  • worse amv idea ever 2005-08-17 12:55:59 for some reason I dream up amv ideas now...

HEY! Mr. Panda, this is song for you!
Diamond Rio- What might have been

Sure I think about you now and then,
but it's been a long, long time.
I've got a good life now, I've moved on,
so when you cross my mind....

I try not to think about what might have been,
    Cause that was then,
and we have taken different roads.
    We can't go back again,
    there's no use giving in,
and there's no way to know, what might have been.

We can sit and talk about this all night long,
and wonder why we didn't last.
Yes, they might be the best days we will ever know,
but we'll have to leave them in the past.

So try not to think about what might have been,
    Cause that was then,
and we have taken different roads.
    We can't go back again,
    there's no use giving in,
and there's no way to know, what might have been.

The same old look in your eyes,
    it's a beautiful night,
    I'm so tempted to stay.
But too much time has gone by,
    we should just say goodbye,
    and turn and walk away.

I try not to think about what might have been,
    Cause that was then,
and we have taken different roads.
    We can't go back again,
    there's no use giving in,
and there's no way to know, what might have been.

    No, we'll never know....
    What might have been.

I;m envisioning NOT an AMV but either a music video about amv members or like 'the life of an amv artist'. I can see scenes in front of the computer ie Lain, or if you've ever seen lainstation or Hinano's profile, that picture and Azumangah Daioh, Yukari's messy desk, I'd like to find somebody brushing all the stuff off of the keyboard, that'd be awesome... and of coarse Manga scans and DVD cover scans... plus -hah! *gasp*- clips out of noted amvs such as tainted doughnuts, ssj faye/ dragon bebop, alternate bebop, elvis vs anime based on 'what might have been'. Hell, no I ain't seekin all these ppl out. (btw this is two VERY raw ideas don't throw it all in a pot, it won't work)

Be funny as hell if ppl did it ;p.

Checkin out Kitsune's Tenshi no Konaimiki vid <3 Tenshi ;p but it may just be Megumi Hayashibara.... *nod nod* probably
  • 2005-08-17 00:50:03 Michelle is a she wynzerman... it's pretty obvious if you've ever seen any of her videos. But I'll leave that to sammy, he seems to lavish it.

Maico 2010- Office Space the anime at best, but more often it's like reading a noobs off the wall rantings. WKRP in Cincinatti?? I don't know, I'm too young to remember it.
  • !! 2005-08-16 18:03:02 I know this one Evee, I know this one! It's a pretty darned good video too ;p
