I'm totally kickin' ass on my free fantasy football league from nfl.com. I'm not into that fantasy stuff normally (though I do sim games CONSTANTLY, I 'forgot' about yesterday cuz I was playing my season in Madden... again lol... and I swore I'd never play anymore, addictive POS). Anyway I HAVE willpower, or maybe just intelligence enough to not get me INTO these things, but I just can't say no when somebody else wants me to go.
Anyway here's how the draft went.... first overall, I wanted to pick Peyton Manning as I'm a devoted Colts fan... but as I didn't have the first pick he was gone by then. I had 40 seconds to deal with my greif so I went the obvious way and took the best available, Ladamian Tomlinson. That was the end of thinking with my head ;p.
2nd pick, I picked the guy I WANTED, I picked Hines Ward.
3rd pick, and this is the best one ;p, Sure there were a TON of good choices left like Donavin McNab, BUT I didn't, I COULDN'T... Anyway I picked the guy I wanted. Dallas Clark o.0 a TIGHT END lol this made my brother go crazy lol.
4th pick, hmm... lets see, need a QB, so I picked up Tom Brady over Mike Vick (I wasn't at the computer so I was basically grasping at straws anyway...)
5th pick- another doozy- I had to make sure nobody got my precious Colts DEFENSE ;p. Lol then my brother says 'If you win this league I'll give you a WHOLE paycheck!' Oh he is on, he is SO on ;p
6th pick- sure Reggie Wayne was still available and Marvin Harrison had just been picked, but you know what Colt WR will be MOST productive in the Red Zone?? Brandon Stokeley. So dispite my brothers pleas of 'AT LEAST PICK someone who will play every down not a 3rd wide receiver!' I had to pick him... 6th pick, Brandon Stokeley -_-
7th pick- YOUR NOT TAKING MY MIKE VANDERJAGT!!
After this I just picked my backups. I swear, they just don't KNOW!
So how did this go in the first week?? Well as of BEFORE the Colts even came on the feild I was ALREADY winning, thanks mostly to Tom Brady (New England Patrios) and Carnell 'Caddilac' Williams AND to no small thanks to all the 'good' teams having crappy days yesterday morning. So I was winning those idiots that took the 'best' players by the niddle of the day with one game to go and NOBODY had more Colts then me ;p. The Colts game came and I had nearly TWICE as much as some ppl, mostly cuz the Colts D KILLED and I knew they would, they are SO underrated. Didn't help that my precious Dallas Clarke was scratched at game time so I lost that, but no matter...
So I sit here LAUGHIN' my ass of ;p It mighta' helped if I picked up my BACKUPs before I pick up my STARTERS lol... just for trade bait... Nobody will trade with me cuz Dallas Clarke, Brandon Stokeley, Caddilac Williams and stuff aren't WORTH anything!! ... to the unintelligent that is.
I know this is just week one and, with Stokeley especially, I have to pick the right weeks to use him and bench him, but yesterday he did AWESOME ;p, much better then Hines Ward, my golden receiver who got me TWO points... I just can't wait till week 2 when Dallas Clarke can FINALLY show his stuff!! Tomlinson and Ward need to DEFFINITELEY do better next week as well.
Oh, also the rule of NFL.com says we HAVE to have at least 12 players, we only had 7, so my brother went and made 5 anonimous teams and I basically manage those. Each one of those teams won their game except the game against me ;p.

Oh, I'd like to donate as well (and maybe will in October lol), but I'd donate to Hurricane releif first... think they'd need it a bit more, heh.. I don't have money this month, but I'm not starveing... *should I be??* lol haha! /sarcasm

lol well some of them... I rareley use my buddie list thing... it's too confusing to remember when last I checked. So I may just respond a few days later ;p but I try to be omnipresent -_-... besides I have no life lol
Anyways, yeah SR ;p I do that shadow thing that Naruto does from time to time.
And Unlimited ;p if you read this and stuff... I don't really like Naruto (ala my 'stupid tournament fighters' comment the other day, yesterday...) anyway I hate the Naruto dub, yes, cuz the Naruto voice sounds oh... 5+ years younger then the japanese voice! Yeh, maybe the Japanese voice sounds more... 15, but how many 12 year olds do YOU know that plays with knives?? Certain experiences make you mature faster, makeing your VOICE more relaxed and less whiney. One shouldn't know what a 12 year old should sound like?? HAHA! Oh that's hillarious -_- And no, I don't absoluteley hate the WHOLE dub of Naruto just like I don't exactly hate or love Naruto itself, they have nothing to do with each other. I can't prove that ppl don't hate dubs because them sounding young makes you think their for kids... as for me, I hate Steven Blum's voice cuz it's too damned mature.... Maybe many of these others admire his voice because they're jealous -_- but- nope, not me, I just think it sounds dumb... rather like Denzel Washington's acting. Anyway, yes, ppl do tend to get the wool pulled over their eyes, but that's not the problem with Naruto's DUB. The deal is it's not AT ALL the same as the japanese... of coarse one can't expect the japanese voices and such to be there, I wouldn't even mind if they didn't even SOUND like the japanese voices but this many errors doesn't even make a proper tibute! I mean who made this thing in the FIRST place?? Do you hate Linkinball videos because they use Linkin Park as well, or do you hate them because they tend to serve as poor tributes, displaying a lack of effort or ANY 'respect' for your source. - very bad, very bad, very very bad. 2005-09-11 02:01:25 Yes, the Naruto dub is as bad as I had heard. Mostly cuz Naruto sounds like a 5 year old. But, ya know?? that got me thinkin'... I wonder if, to the Japanese, Japanese dubs sound just as bad...
