WOW!! maybe all this downtime is doin something cuz Jubjub's video just came down at like 2000kbps. I normaly get 60... maybe 300 if I'm lucky. But WOW! what happened there?? I mean it started at like 6000 but went down in less than a sec so you know that don't count... I'm just estimateing 2000... Regardless of my retarded estimation, that thing came down in less than a MINUTE! ALL 60 megs of it! I had to double check to see if it was local! Sheesh! I don't even think my connection IS that fast, but still the FACT is it came down in less than a MINUTE! WTF a mirical! I'll be looking into this. Seriously. Domo Arigato Mr Robato!

In 4 years of editing with Premeire I've never ONCE had it crash on me (regularly as if there was a problem). I'm convinced that the ppl with premeire problems a> have messy computers or b> do WAY too much at once. I mean, I multitask... sort of, while premeire is renderring I usually surf the web, read an article, even watch an amv or two! And when I work on a video I pretty much work on it 24x7 so I'm just sayin, you browse intelligently with spy/ antivirus etc. and clean your computer AT LEAST monthly you should be fine (as long as you don't do a million things at once, have 10 explorer windows open at once plus 4 office applications, gimp, etc... ugh... my stupid dad, too lazy to close his work... I don't think they had a save function when he was a kid -_-). It's not like I'm some clean freak nerd either... I'd probley be more towards the monthly side than not lol.
Oh, I DID have renders take like a few days one time (Eva-Fan). Don't know what happened there, but everything just went slow after I rendered a preview by pressing enter on the timeline. So what I did was, in the directory my project file is saved in, a subdirectory is automatcally made for premeire's preview files. I just deleted that and everything was fine. I didn't even know about RENDERING previews until after my first video I mean you can watch previews in premeire no problem, OR you can waste the time makeing a preview file that you can only watch in Premeire! It's stupid to me. Anyway, Eva-Fan, Premeire isn't always that slow, try clearing the preview files.
