But do yourself a favor and just play it on software rendering. I doubt if ANY current gpus can play it in hardware anymore. It may not be a really great experience, as the technology is SO old. With software rendering all you can play it in is a 320x240 window!! do you know how SMALL 320x240 is nowadays?? lol might as well play it on a psp!! Not that that'd be a bad thing though...
Anyway the best FF7 experience is playing it on a PSX emulator like ePSXE.
Gotta love the pc version for the easy access to fmvs on the disc. you don't even have to extract them, they're right there!
The sound is awesome on PC as well, if you have an old soundfont card (SB Live or Aureal Vortex). -
