    they should increase the number of votes than. Back than (2002 I'd guess...) there were still banners getting worthy with 120 votes, so I don't think they increased the total number at all. I'd have to guess but most likeley that wasn't 100% of the votes so the total must have been somewhere around the # we have now. Not too say the total should scale up at the rate of the worthy number (100%), but I think it should be bumped up some to give others who like to make silly banners like HELLO KITTY banners a chance -_-. I mean, and this is probably basicaly what Mina was talking about, pretty much all that gets voted in now are the MOST popular ones. Not the FUN ones. Which is what, I beleive, what this thing was made for. 
  • I don't remember big breasted banners.... 2006-07-22 14:46:41 I mean, maybe the girls had big breasts... like Aoi ;p.... but pretty much all you see is their face. It's not as obvious as the 'are you in' banner that seems straight out of a hentai.
