I clicked on Bebop's Journal and suddenly I'm in DarkNinja's self vanity world!! Woah... what happened there. Org bug??
Anyway so I'm on my third monitor this WEEK it seems :D. So I was watching (oddly enough) ANOTHER one of Ileia's videos and -boom- I fried it! My backup monitor! Now I'm down to 'borowing' (it's actually mine, but somehow my brother engineered it so I can't use it o.0 long -and DEPRESSINGLY STUPID- story) this one from my roommate/ brother for the three days he's gone. Well I got alot to do (NOT includeing watching another of Ileia's videos right now... thankyou! o.0 at least Rina only uses her powers to kill the org. Ileia kills monitors!!) so I doubt I'll be on till I get my next lcdtv in. Luckily I ordered it. Unluckily it's on backorder (and BOY was it EXPENSIVE!! I didn't get the other one. No, I went to ANOTHER store and bought a 1299 JVC... TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS! My car <that I can't even drive yet... but that's another story> didn't even cost that much!!). Thank God for Bill Me Later ;p I don't have to pay for it yet -_-.

Well, for the past few days (pretty much STRAIGHT) I been virtual shopping ;p I don't know if girls love to shop as much as I love to virtual shop... no... they probably don't -_-. Lol, but the way I love things is different. Once I start it, I can't stop till I'm done. And once I'm done, I just don't do it any more. For a while. For instance I LOVE and am addicted to sports sim games, currently 'NFL Head Coach', but... oddly. I hadn't thought ONCE about it in the passed few days. Last week you couldn't get my mind off of it!! .... hmmm. The workings of the male mind -_-.
Anyway! What have I been shopping for?? Just ask me!! 'Stuff'. Be warned, anybody that's reading this. Grab a chair. get comfortable! Maybe even a pillow for when your head hits the desk. Yeah, that's your cue to 'leave', Ben's gonna rant.
Anyway if you were me, you'd know that I HAD a nice LCDTV. HAD. I broke it. And as that was my computer monitor (for like 2 weeks... 2 WONDERFULL weeks) I just HAD to get another one!! Can I afford another $800 toy?? HELL NO! But that's what credit's for! The SKY'S the limit!! ... or whatever Capitol One will give me these days ;p. So I went looking for another monitor. So soon after I bought this other one (ok nearly 9 months now... not THAT soon, but) it's rather hard to upgrade from what you had. But... as that was my FIRST LCDTV I have a MUCH better picture of what I want. QUALITY, not just size... OK, I also had to spend HOURS upon HOURS doing research, but it was fun! I had a few laughs, skipped meals and stunk up my room in the mean time!- Man, that never sounds good no matter how many times I say it, Did I mention I totally alienated my new roommate? Cuz I hadn't resurfaced for close to TWO DAYS now?? Lol well, it'll be all good when I get the fruit of all my labor! Yes it was TIREING work, but now I have a TON of worthless information floating through my mind and know MANY things.... I will never use again!! But it was an eye opening experience. Well, back to the story. I'll save you from all the specific details (... just TAKE THE WHOLE STORY AWAY why don't ya??), but I will say that in the end I looked back at what I was SURE I wanted and I was like 'WHAT THE #$@$%??? This is all WRONG!! Put it all back...' So I did, and I got my second choice.
Well, my second choice left me.... in a state of depression shall we say -_- I don't know if Bill me Later has a maximum, but I'M GONNA PUSH IT!! 1400 last time, this time my bill's only up to 699 for the TV plus a measeley 10 bucks for a cord I need for my ps2! (OK, I don't NEED it -hehehe-). I feal like such a failure! So I thought... 'what else can I perfect', 'what MORE havok can I reap on my credit line'. A faster computer?? No... suprisingly not (I'm at the end of my agp/ ddr upgradeing path and all that...) not unless I get a whole NEW computer, and even I'm not THAT crazy.... Too tired atm. (*badum bum, I just LOVE those 'you never saw it comeing' moments') so what else is there? But audio of coarse. Everybody ALWAYS ignores their audio! But -wow!- receivers START at about $300!! Don't they make like... mono recievers???? ... but I guess, what would be the use of that??
.... So THAT'S why I've STILL yet to fully experience something in Dolby Digital... -sigh-. Well, long story short I managed to PEAK my bill out at NEARLY $100 (5.1 headphones... I'll probably give them away at Christmas. An HD Receiver I'll never use, but it comes with a TIVO function I might toy with for a few weeks... I don't even WATCH TV. MONSTER cables... that's always a good way to 'flex' your bill ;p get the overpriced l337 stuff!, wireless routers I'll have to replace in a few months when the go legit...)
-Joy!- I LOVE shopping ;p or should I say... wasteing money -_-. Oh, Bill Me Later is a GENIOUS of a program. - 2006-08-24 00:52:53 have fun at work today Fuze -_- I had to get my teeth pulled on MY birthday ;p... It COULD be worse ^.^
