Metropolis Rul3z!!!

Metropolis is a freakin' great ass anime. Everyone should see it, period. I can see why everyone likes it, because its great. My only problem with it is that Katsuhiro Otomo's writing is very predictable, well not really predictable, but the story is essentially the same plot base from Akira. Character introduction, crazy shit, riot, military beats riot down, the apocolypse (or something close to the apocolypse). But animation was awsome. The first words out of my mouth when I came out of the theater were "I must get that DVD."

Gunna go see Metropolis tonight, hope its good, should be... Started to break down on cleaning my room, god its messy... Should be done next week. Also I finally got around to re-installing my Tablet so I should be whipping out some good artwork sometime soon. Made a compilation tape of my animations with my new capture card. The only thing that sucks about this card is that the player wont export .AVI files, so I have to encode to .mpg first >.< Pain in the ass. I also saw Angel Sanctuary, what a fucked up anime! Jeezus H. Christ the people who made it have some serious issues with god, and with brother-sister love relationships (two characters in the anime that love each other are biological siblings). Anywhooo, working slowly and more slowly on my comic the first issue shall be done soon (finally) and I'll be able to launch my web site, w00t!

Video Capturing

Got my first video capture card. w00t! Although making it work is a whole other story... Sure it captures MPEG2 high quality, but... My premiere throws up and shuts down whenever I even attempt to import MPEG2. Even virtuadub (?) does this! Oh well I'll band my computer a few times and it should work...
Anything else remotely exiting? Hmmm... Guess not!

Actually no, don't feel my pain, because I have no pain. *cries* Anywhoo entering my AMVs into Sakura-con 2002, should be kewl, hope the peeps like 'em. I'm just worried cause I'm going against my inspiriation for one of my vids, Children Of Fate. Yea, which one will win. lol. Haven't been doing much lately, just a bump on a log, pretty much exept that I actually have done stuff , just nothing note-able. Newest Megtokyo comic up, yay. I wish I could do something like that, or even close. My sense of humor...well, lets not go into that. All my classes were as boring as HELL, plus I'm coming down with a couwd (yea its s'posed to be cold) sniff, sniff. Must do something awe inspiring...now...*waits*...damn, nothing... *scribbles out drawing* there that'll do!
