No, you stupid bastard, because not only was it fucking useless, but the sheer act of typing words to me does not evoke elation. I'm not going to name names - although I'm fairly sure I know who left the comment - but when you leave a quick comment, actually say something about the video. I mean, for fuck's sake, when I leave one, it's usually about as long as this paragraph and touches on all of the major points I'd address in a real opinion.
Now let's just hope I nailed the right person.

Well, now that I'm on IRC, I'm having much more fun and am in a far better mood. I never thought my "feminine wiles" would get me so far. ^_~ Okay, just kidding, but it's fun making dirty jokes with people who know how to have fun with it in the first place. Well, the DMC thread doesn't bother me as much, I guess, but it's still a little disheartening. Maybe I should revise it to more general topics - survival horror games? That would be better.
@Jaddzia - I'll have to remind myself to get that Gravi video tomorrow. It's my favorite anime, after all, and you're a great editor. Thus, it's a must-get. ^_^

@Scintilla - apparently not. Everytime I try to ask something of someone on this site, I get ignored. Come this December, I'll have been a member for two years, and yet I'm still treated like a n00b. You'll have to excuse me for being ever so slightly irate over it.
About the thread itself, don't think I haven't been looking and keeping tabs on other contest threads. Even when they're informal and even when they don't offer money or something of monetary value, people flock to them. A single thread may amass two pages of responses in one day. What confuses me is that I did exactly as the other threads did and I got completely ignored. It's not just with the contest either. Nearly every thread I create - even if I need help with something important - is brushed aside. My posts in other threads are either argued with or ignored as well. With the way things are going, I could post the rudest, most hate-filled thread and it would likely be ignored, too. I'm half tempted to do it.
So, you see, I've gone beyond the point of reason. I'm not being vain, although that's more than likely how you see it. I've vanished into thin air, despite the last two years of helpful opinions, forum tips, and uncanny politeness - which, by the way, is far more than you'd get from me in person. The frequency of these happenings just keeps increasing, and I'm far past the point of irritation. I'm downright pissed.
I'm not expecting parades and fanfare. I just want to know that someone notices I exist.
But think what you want to think. God knows that exactly what everyone here does anyway.
