Well, my friend is trying to get me to see Snakes on a Plane. It's not that I'm against seeing it... I just don't think it's worth my money in the theater. So, she offered to pay instead. I guess I'll go, but I'm not expecting much more than cheesy laughs.
So... I finished my mass downloading of Gravitation, and now I started Chobits. I was going to do Fruits Basket, but it has over one thousand entries. Personally, I don't really want to scan through any anime with more than six or seven hundred. I know that I've downloaded a bunch of Chobits videos already, but I still have a ton to get. 587, to be exact - that is, Local Chobits videos organized by Newest uploaded. To shorten my quest, I only download videos that use solely Chobits (I haven't donated yet, so I don't have the option to just make Chobits-only videos show up). Multi-anime videos are nice and all, but I'm really looking for ones that showcase the best of the best of the single anime I'm searching out.
It's about that time again... and another day passes where I do nothing. I really have to get to work on my friend's birthday card. I stopped making them for people when I got into college, but she expects them from me anyway. She won't let me weasel my way out of making one for her, even if I don't draw cards for other people anymore.
Well... nighty night, loves. I'm feeling a bit... melancholy. ~_~

So I am considerably activity-less right now. I was downloading videos in mass, but that option is slightly unavailable at the moment. I tried IRC, but they got all techy on me (trying to troubleshoot the problem and just talking 'computer' in general), and that shit's totally over my head.
So, I went about deleting stuff on my hard drive. 31 gigs free now, which is enough to start my other video if I wanted. The clips I'm using need filtering badly because I had to capture them (another videogame, but I couldn't rip from this one). It'll be passable when I'm done with it, but it won't be spectacular.
I love magicians. <3
Aaaaaand... it's almost my bedtime.

Ugh. Yergh. Ick. My brother is making "the chicken" again. I don't know what it's made of, but they're these cheap-as-hell, bagged up, boneless, buffalo-style chicken chunks that smell AWFUL! He's made them three fucking nights in a row now! They make me want to gag everytime he makes them because they smell so strongly.
Aaaaand... I'm kinda bored. My best friend was supposed to come over to visit today, but she got caught up in something that she was doing with her family. I went shopping earlier without her, because I wanted to get her a birthday present. I would have taken her with otherwise. I also had to pick up a number of things for college. I'm moving back in about three weeks or so. I wasn't planning on taking very much back with me at first, but the things I bought are things that I'll be needing within the first day of being there.
Hmm... I'm not really sure what else to put. I guess I'll just go for now.

...there are fireworks going off outside. o_O
Gah. My hair is driving me insane. After having the same hairstyle for nineteen years (that being my entire life), I finally decided to grow my bangs out. The right side has this awful curling thing that it just started doing a year ago, and it just gets worse as time goes by. So, I'm growing my bangs out. Unfortunately, they're in that "in-between" stage, where they're right in my damn eyes. Too short to put behind my ears, but too long to push aside.
Makes me crazy.
Aaaaaand... I think I'm going to go watch TV for a little while. I've watched about sixty videos today, and I'm a bit tired of being on the computer.

One hundred eighty second entry - Tsubasa!

Okay... so even if you don't like Tsubasa, you should download the 37th episode (AKA: the 11th episode of the second season). Seriously. That episode reminded me of what I love about CLAMP. It's just something you don't even see coming.
That's been a worry of mine with CLAMP, too... it seems like so many of their ideas are just getting recycled anymore. I mean, Tsubasa is nothing but a giant recycling bin for everything they've ever done, but it's different. The characters are only halfway similar to what they were in each of their respective anime. Besides, we have Kurogane and Fai with Tsubasa - so I'm not complaining. In fact, you're likely to see me fawning over yaoi with those two. Sadly, I've only read one or two decent yaoifics with them, but once the anime gets more known in America, I'm sure there will be more good stories.
I know, I know. Like with AMVs, people are going to tell me that when I can't find anything good, I should make something myself. Well, that's just it. For that pairing, I don't think I could do much better. I haven't thought up a plotline that's both realistic for those two and is good. The main trouble is that we don't know enough about Kurogane or Fai yet. So, the best that pretty much anyone can do is either to speculate on their pasts, or to write a PWP.
Personally, I've only written one PWP. That's still not saying much, I suppose, seeing as how I only have four stories online.
Oh, and I finally have a piece of art online. It's one that I did back in high school, but I was just able to take a photo of it recently. It's good - probably my best - but since I'm a terrible artist, that's not saying much either.
And... this is getting rambly. I need to watch some of the masses of AMVs that I've downloaded. o_O
