Finally taking the time to update.

After a lot of time spent compressing and uploading, I'm finally starting to make my dreams a reality. I'm going to go ahead and start up the studio - Silver Oubliette Productions. An oubliette is a sort of term for a dream catcher - a crystal that holds all of the dreams of a person inside - and that's what my videos are to me. The dreams that I can't live for myself.
My four contest videos are ready to be showcased and judged at A-kon. I must say that I'm getting nervous. It's my first time to put my work on the line this way, and I'm anxious to see how it's received.
I've purposely not put the two contest videos up for viewing to the public as of yet because I'm terribly afraid someone will try and take them as their own. And those two pieces are ones that I'm terribly proud of. I know they can go places - I guess it's up to the judges and the viewers to determine just how far.
I've begun work on two other videos now - both using Final Fantasy clips and songs from Star Wars. They're going to take a very long time to complete due to the fact that the songs are completely instrumental - something I've never worked with before - but I'm confident that they'll turn out well.
I think that's all the updates I have for now. I'll keep everyone posted in terms of my work, and I want to thank all the viewers that took the time to contact me and give me feedback on my work. It means the world to me.

I managed to get my first video clip up today, and I must say I'm rather proud. I've got "Pushing Me Away" in the works...hopefully I can complete that this weekend...(wishful thinking of course!). I can't wait to get everything up and running. It's so wonderful to have a place to post my work!
Anyone that views my video(s), please let me know what you think! I can't wait to get some feedback!
