Hmmm, got bored yesterday and went through my referral logs, checking specifically for Google searches. Here's some random stuff I got:

Yay. I hope those people got what they were looking for at my site.
I'm starting to really like kendo now. I got to mooch some armor Monday night, which meant people were bashing my head and wrists left and right. I happened to be wearing my Escaflowne during class, and as a result I discovered that all the girls in the class are into anime. What's even more odd, none of the guys appear to be (well, except me).

Worked on a few segments of my new video this past weekend. Basically, edited 3 out of 11 sections (yes, the video is somewhat segmented). Before I started, I thought my idea was meaningful and moving, but now that I'm working on it, I realize that it's actually just self-indulgent, sentimental crap. I'm going to finish it though, because, well...it's self-indulgent :P I *believe* I've finally determined exactly what source I'm going to need for everything...which also means I'm going to need to buy another DVD ;_; I'm also being plagued by a mind-boggling technical issue that might well affect 90% of the video! Right now I'm just ignoring it and plowing forward, but hopefuly if (when! WHEN!) I figure the problem out, I can just go back and make minimal changes. I'd hate to have to redo everything. I spent a while asking Will Milberry about it, but he couldn't figure it out either. Some time later this week I think I'm going to render some small test files to put online and then post them in the Help forum. It's really tough to explain the problem without samples to show.
I have to take a LONG lunch today. I have to run two errands that can't wait for another day, and both need to be done before 5 PM. Both places are far away from each other, and far away from where I work. So er...yeah, do the math.
The Duke University Neverending Soap Opera (god, am I glad I got out!) came to a head last night, or so I heard.
I don't really know what to think about what happened. All I know is that the problem doesn't live in my very building any more, so I could really care less.
(Later) Yup, lunch errands took 2 and a half hours today. I am bored out of my face here at work. - 2002-06-09 12:31:10 AbsoluteDestiny is my hero. He taught me in 10 minutes something I've been unable to figure out for about 2 years now. And he didn't blink at my technical ineptitude.
