Finally got back from AX...... it was alot of fun but was also very disappointing... I was expecting it to be too much like AX 2001 and I thought having my video in the finals would make this year even better but the con was very mediocre...
Considering the ridiculous prices in the dealer's room, I was able to find alot of good dealers with FAIR prices... here's a rundown of what I got...

It was really hard finding Goldenboy DVD 1 for $20 and I was lucky to get the last Golden Boy DVD 2 for $20 from a GOOD booth. Goldenboy DVD 1 was sold out EVERYWHERE in the dealers room. I saw Yu Yu Hakusho OST 1 on sale for.......... $30 DOLLARS? I've seen stores sell the legit, non Ever Anime/Son May version for $15! Oh well.... better get OST 1 somewhere else.
I'm pretty tired and I'll post a full con report in the future...

Well, I'm off to AX for the last time to see Bebop Z on the big screen once again in the AMV contest replay..... I could never forget the applause and chuckles the first time it played, it was truly unforgettable....
Got the 2nd Goldenboy dvd for 20 yesterday at this ONE booth.... and it was the last one there.... Just gotta get the 1st one now.
At least I got a decent amount of sleep... -

Today is the big day....
The one I've been waiting for all year...
I feel excited but really nervous and scared shitless...
This is one of those moments you only dream about but when it actually becomes reality.... you're scared...
But I'm still excited...

Ugh.... this day didn't go as well as Day 1.....
Had to get up at 8am after only getting 4 1/2 hours or sleep... or was it 5? and I was sleepy as hell the whole day...
The Exhibit hall was FUCKING terrible.... overpriced dvds and cds (Yu Yu Hakusho original soundtrack which I wanted was 30 freakin bucks!) with damn paranoid people thinking you'll be stealing every time you just hold a dvd. Absolutely nothing was worth getting. All I got was a big Dejiko doll and my friends asked why the hell did I buy it :P There was barely anything to do besides going to the various rooms and watching anime.
I could barely keep my eyes open and engage in any of the conversations... We saw Ermac playing DDR... heh
Tommorow is the amv contest..... I came home early so I could get some extra sleep because it's gonna be a tough day....
