  • VG4 Final Final Videos due Sept 16 2007-09-13 14:27:31 Just a reminder, final final VG4 videos are now due on Sunday, Sept 16 at 11:59pm. I will be pulling an all nighter to compile the credits and will have the project sent to AWA on monday the 17th.

    Try not to push the new deadline too much and best of luck as we finally finish the project! :) 
  • VG4 Progress Check - August 31 2007-08-31 17:09:31 I've sent out the VG4 progress checks for August 31 and after talking to MCWagner, the final deadline for videos will be Sept 10. If I don't get your video by 11:59pm on Monday, Sept 10, then you will not be able to participate in the project.

    This is the final stretch and we're getting closer to the project's completion. It's a tad over halfway done, but it's still far from being complete. Good luck to all the editors and I hope everyone gets done in time! 
  • VG4 problems.. 2007-08-24 15:01:26 I've had 3 reliable people drop out of VG4 this week and I have a feeling 2 more may drop out before the deadline X_X;;

    I was pretty confident a while back that even if a small amount of people dropped, we'd be ok, but I never expected that 3 previously reliable editors would drop out all in one week. If more people drop, this will literally be the shortest project ever.. Even the official VG4 page looks so small now.

    At this point, I can guarantee that anyone who submits a video will have something shown during the AWA premiere. Because of this, I will lift the time limits on videos and shorts to be a little longer since a few people need more than the alloted time.

    If anyone else drops out, I think I'll cry. ;_; 
  • Youtube is stupid 2007-07-24 17:22:04 I don't know how they did it, but youtube is responsible for creating a brand new group of idiots on the internet, even stupider than the normal idiots.

    I check my youtube messages like once every 3 months or so, and I usually get the normal stuff like compliments, insults, how I made the videos, etc.

    Just recently I've been getting comments on my videos that I'm racist. I'm apparently racist for not including black people in my resident evil video. I'm racist for not including black people in my Naruto Ball Z video. I'm racist for stereotyping asians in my Warriors video. According to Youtube, I'm racist.

    I dunno if these guys are trolls, or if they're just really mad people, but I obviously can't let these comments be shown so I delete them in less than a second. I just love how they waste 5 minutes writing them when I can delete them in less than a second. :)

    Although, it's already starting to get to the point where it's out of my control. I cleaned out quite a few of these comments, but I know these trolls exist in huge numbers and will strike again. Part of me just wants to delete my youtube account so I don't have to deal with this shit anymore.

    I just love how people have no problem signing up for youtube and yet, they can't take the time to register for the .org
