Chuck Jones has died....

I just saw in the news that Chuck Jones has died today. This is very sad news to the animation industry in general. Chuck Jones was just one of those great names in the field of Animation.
I could say a great name in the field of American Animation... but I don't think, on a day like today, the field of animation should be broken up into nationalities.
Animators learn from one another... the art form of animation is not bound to one nation, even if each nation has its own styles and forms.
Chuck Jones will be greatly missed.

I am so tired of people who screw up anime boards.
From the DBZ fans who overload friendly anime sites by screaming "GOKU RULES!! ANYONE WHO DOENS'T LIKE DBZ SUCKS!!! ALLYOUR TITLES ARE FOR FAGGOTS! ONLY DBZ IS WORTH WATCHING"
to people on this board who spend all their time filling up the boards with how ErMac sucks and how everything that isn't just the way they like it sucks...
and I'm tired of reading it.
It's been going on for years all over the internet... and this web site is the last straw!
I mean... isn't the community of anime fans who like to make AMVs small enough that we can't show just a little more respect for one another?
Reading the boards here, I see that the answer is no.
Therefore, I'm just going to ignor the boards.
I will put up my AMVs for others who may want to see them...
probably get harrassed by the children who I am complaining about...
but I will NOT go back to the boards.
I feel bad for people like Phade, who put in a lot of effort to help build a community and then have to have jerks like this infest it with their ego-centric crud.

Congrats to all the winners of the AMV VCA thingie!
Furthermore, congrats to the creator of that new logo! I think it is a very spiffy logo... very professional looking!

HURRAH!
I have finished my Akane Tendo video! I will get that and the Nanami Video up as soon as I can talk to my friend.
It is my plan to enter this video, the Ed video and the Lain video at Fanime.
I hope they go over well...
I'll post as soon as I have the vids up!

I can't believe how many people have downloaded my vids so far!
I'm trying to get the Nanami video up as well... then all my vids will be avaialable.
As I mentioned... Cowboy Swing is on hold as I work on my new vid for Fanime! I should have it done soon!
It is very funny... and I needed to do funny after the last 3 I did, which were all darker in tone.
