- "..........we think we know everything there is to know, but the truth is............we know nothing" 2002-07-19 05:39:44 well lets see.......i have about 4 more reviews to write up and i dont have time this weekend b/c im going to go camping with my friend a little later in the afternoon. right now its 3:41am, im downloading the Love Hina fansubs from a friend of mine and waiting for the last 2 eps to get done (10-15 mins or so). well last weekend my plans got totaly screwed over (AGIAN) so that means we didnt go camping and i couldnt see the one chick from my school again *sigh*. hopefully this weekend will be much better then my last 2. on monday im going in to the auto-body shop in my small little town here to see if i can get a job there (if u r wondering, yes i already have done auto-body work b4 and its a pain in the ass but fun ^_^). monday will be the day that decides what will happen in the next 14 months so im really not looking forward to this. well thats about it for me and ill talk with some of u again once i get back. til then everyone, take care. l8r ^_^
- possible weekend plans and this good/shitty week. 2002-07-10 23:29:38 well what a week i had. first my mother opens a really nasty virus on this comp (dont worry, it didnt spread to anyone from the amv community) and there was a chance that it had to be reformated but i dont know what my dad did be he got rib of it and my new video and alot of valuble files were spared. i might go camping with my friend again this weekend and theres a possiblity that this one chick i know from school might be there and shes HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT! well anyways, i dont think she will come with her family, and if u r wondering, her parents are friends with my buddies parents so there is a chance *crosses fingers*. well anyways thats it from me for today. c-ya all around, l8r!
- i think im turning in to a damn drunk ^^ 2002-07-10 01:33:27 well during the weekend, my buddy invited me to go camping for one day to set everything up at his uncles lot for next weekend. but during that weekend, his dad thought it would be funny to see us drunk off of tequila (sorry but i cant spell that worth a shit) and my god did we ever get slammed. we didnt puke at all but my god the next day was hell!!!! well anyways, enough about my drinking problem and go on to a more serious problem. my mother opened a virus on the computer that i do my video editing on. the virus scanner that is on it cant piuck up the damn thing and so we bought Norton Antivirus 2002 and since it wont install it b/c theres a virus on there, we MIGHT have to reformat it and i loose all the work i have done on my new video and it was going great!!!!!! but it might be lost, but my dad's friend may have a way to get rid of it without reformating it and i sure the hell hope we dont have to or im VERY fucked in so many ways! well thats about all for my bitching for the week or what ever. ill be around doing preaty much nothing so c-ya l8r ^_^
- HOLY !#@& 2002-06-29 13:21:39 WASTED!!! lol if u r wondering, this is the slogan used on the t-shirt at my brothers grad. there was about 125 ppl if not more there drinking like they have never drinked b4! i swear ill never see so much booze in my life! i had a fucking blast, i got wasted beyond belife, and i cant remember a single fucking thing except i was saying to ppl "when the sun sticks its fat ass over those hills, the party is over and we go home" why i said that i do not know, what it means? lmao i wish i only knew. my brother took a few pics but im not going to bother sending them to anyone since i probably look like a fucking idiot in every single one! oh ya, i remember "The Tower". what the ppl at our table did was take the cups we used to drink and put them in the middle to see how high they would go, shit i think the damn thing was about 5 feet high by the time the night was over. well thats all i can remember for now, once i do remember more, ill be sure to post it in my journal.
- Possible Results of new site look. 2002-06-28 23:10:36 i dont know why i think this, but this is just a feeling i have at the pit of my gut. i think that this new look will some how cause more ppl to leave the amv community, i know it sounds stupid or weird, but its not just that.......its the security feeling ppl have. ever since the massive spamming of the forums a couple of days ago, ppl have been uneasy about all this and the site, now im not saying that the new look sux (i actualy like it alot) but ppl will not accept it b/c they have to get used to something new. this is just a guess, and no im not thinking about leaving, i have been here less then a year and i dont wanna end my AMV career so earily. EK, sorry to hear u leave, u r a remarkable AMV creator and a good friend to many others. i wish u luck in your future adventures. Joe, i know u r thinking about leaving and im not going to beg u not to leave, i think u should do what u think is best for yourself and others and i also with u luck in the future no matter what path u may take. and for the rest of u, have fun with the new look on this site and i know its going to be hard to get used to but think of how it was like when u first joined.
