Flash forward. Spent a few weeks in Portugal (beautiful country, but I was cut off from the internet *whimper*), got back last week, spent it getting back to my schedule, now am getting ready for school. I finished the assigned reading today, need to do the math, and start my college application, clean out all my old books and movies... I feel apathy again.
As my teacher said, I need to get my act together.

I came home to a periwinkle sky, and a sad sense of longing.
Returned from Brown. Have been home a few days. Tomorrow we're leaving for a few weeks in Portugal. I don't really know what to do with myself.
Gotta set up everyone's contacts. E-mail. I also want to work on a new script. Didn't really like how mine turned out (but I'll probably put it on dA anyway).
I also have a good amount of work to finish before school. I hate August.
I'll write again soon, I just don't have the energy right now.

Sorry guys. Been out a while. I'm at Brown University for a summer program, and besides the class work, I've thrown myself into various projects on dA. I think I'll make more of an effort here, though. At least to get through all the opinions I owe ^^;
It's humid and there is no air conditioning. So I have two or three fans focused on me at the moment. The annoying thing is that not all of my hair is long enough to get pulled back, so it's kinda waving everywhere and really pissing me off. You have no idea.
Made a lot of new friends here, even a fellow otaku (+ shounen-ai fan XD). We're having fun. This is the first week of the new class, but I haven't really gotten to know anyone because it's too fucking hot and I've been locking myself in my room and stripping to my underwear. Plus the work has just started to pile up. I'm taking a course on playwriting. It's fun ^_^
Can one create videos in virtual dub? I might experiment with that, I don't know.

Well, I'm at Brown now. I love it here, but it's lonely. Because that's the kind of person I am. But for the most part, It's good here.

Last day of school was Tuesday (damn this state). Spent the afternoon with friends, and since then I have been procrastinating on my packing. O yeah, I'm going back to Brown for the summer! Score!! Taking a literature and film comparison class and another one on history through film. Shall be fun. But I really need to pack. I'm working more on my entertainment than essentials like bedsheets, money, clothes, etc. ^_^;; It's so like me. I've also been contemplating things to submit to dA. I guess the best way to get attention is to submit stuff, but there's a lot that I don't want to submit until more people are likely to see it. Hah. Paradox. Narcisistic Paradox.
Anyway, glad school's ended. Finals went better than I thought, and I can keep track of my friends through e-mail and IM. I talked to an old friend recently, and we caught up on old times. Spent a lot of it talking to him about this story I'm working on - have been working on for a long time. I wish I could shut up sometimes, but he didn't seem to mind. I need to email him the rest. We hadn't spoken in a long while, so I was really glad to see him. I met him at Brown, actually. I miss him. He always impressed me as someone who really had his life together - knew exactly what he wanted to say and how to say it. He understood things, put them in perspective. And he and the other two wanted to spend time with me. It surprised me back then. Still does, to some extent. God, I miss them.
Not much else to say now. Sometimes I wonder about who reads this. Whether I'm putting too much down in public. But there's a part of me that's too much of an egoist to care.
