  • aah... 2001-10-28 10:52:43 Well, this is the big weeks, folks. I've been given the okay to upload, and upload I shall. Starting wednesday, with any luck, one movie per day will be up and available. I'm getting an assist from a good friend with a T1 line. Carl, God loves you. ^-^

    After some wega-cleaning on my hard-drive >hoboy... 1228 Mp3 files and about a gig of video files (MP3 takes up too much space for me to say aloud without gagging those listening; let's leave it at "That's enough, son".)<... I have one more gig than before! Lucky...

    Oh, and if you kids haven't checked out Toonami's 08th MS Team, do so. It f'in rocks.

    oh, and p.s. ...reason of absence is due to psych. After turning in the wega paper due, my grade skyrocketed to an A-. God must love me. 
  • Bad news for those waiting... 2001-10-21 14:45:13 Megaman X4 will take at least another week to put up. After being rather disgusted with the fact that one of the special effects messed with the already-in-place widescreen bars from the source, and to fix it will take... oh, about six hours to create 'n convert the AVI file. The person picking up the CD with the files to upload via FTP >he's got a T1 at his disposal... =)< will be here in an hour. =( Oh well. As such, I have decided to post three videos >only one of which is actually decent<. Secret revealed: Posting this week will be Otaku on Fire, Broken, and >sighs< a "trendy" DBZ video I did back in the day. What can I say besides... "Tell me how bad the other two are!" because this is a learning experience. I won't get better without some high-quality feedback, so that's what I'm expecting if I'm gonna put the three videos up. Appologies for those wanting MMX4 up pronto. It's just another week; no big sweat, seeing as next to Broken, it's the best work I've done. So, just be patient, watch my other shezzat, and all will be well in the world.

    Anywho, with any luck >and seeing as my current line of luck ran out two hours ago<, the two videos will be up before next sunday. Wouldn't that be peppy? Yes, very peppy indeed. So, keep on crossin' dem fingers and make a wish, cos it just might come true... And I bet your wish isn't that my videos get up. Punks. ANYSH*T, moving on to real life, there's quite a nice paper due Tuesday in Psych, five pages (not including graphs and thesis) on learning disorders, diagnosis, treatment, and coping.

  • Of course, then again... 2001-10-18 21:30:08 Perhaps I'm not so unwilling to find a home for Otaku on Fire. If >IF< I put it up, you have to realize a few things.

    1. It was my first video with Adobe. It started out with me messing around with clips from various sources and putting it to the weirdest song I could find at the time.

    2. Video sources range from decent to "Hurl now or later?".

    3. It has X in it.

    4. It has X in it.

    5. It has a weird thingy on the bottom. >you know... the white thingy.<

    6. It's weird.

    7. It's JUST A MUSIC VIDEO WITH NO POINT!

    8. It DOES have this sweet timing sequence >lasts... oh, I'd say two seconds at most< with Vash dodgin' the bullets.

    If you realize and can accept the fact that yes, almost everyone's first music video is a stinker, I suppose you can see just how much my techniques have matured by comparing... oh, say Otaku on Fire to Alone. I'll ask for permish to have it hosted after I get comments on Alone and my *secret* video.

    Oh, had a bowl of Ice Cream. It was lovely. =D

  • Well, people aren't as cold-hearted as I once believed them to. 2001-10-18 20:56:07 Surprise! Expect to see both my Megaman X4 video AND a *secret* video to be released within the month (no, it's not Otaku on Fire. I now realize that bad boy needs some re-polishing). Happy? No? Well then, eat some Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. That always gets me peppy. @.~

    So, that's the good news in the world. Oh, that and the kind-hearted Phade decided that it would be acceptable to change my name to Harper instead of the godawful Mirai_noTrunks. Bleauck. Thanks a million, Phade; this one goes out to you!
