For those of you coming to Dallas for Akon from out of state, Welcome To Texas! I hope everyone going has a great time, and they leave with full bags of anime merchandise and empty wallets, lol.
My partner in crime, Ashnak, has submitted a new Naruto Shorts Video for the Competition at Akon this year, so if you liked his first one, I strongly urge you to check his new one out. I, however, haven't been able to work on a new video just yet, due to my laptop crashing, and some personal events. But be warned, Charmaynard will be back at Oni-con 3 with at least one new video, lol. Also, our Studio Leader, Empath will be arriving back in country from Korea right after Akon, so it looks like Oni-con might be the victim of a Voorheeszilla Stampede.
Well, if you're going to Akon, I'll see you there. Look for the three Foot Clan Soldiers!

Hi there sports fans,
Well, it's been a while since I put anything on here, so i guess i'll just give an update. not much has happened, lol. Just working a lot. Still working on some vid ideas, but Aftereffects is being completely stubborn about it. At this rate, I'll be lucky to have one vid ready for Akon. And now that I've been "called out" by Roll the Stampede , (who does great work, by the way, you should check him out) I have to enter something into the expert category. so that gives me a little over two months to have an awesome vid done. *shrugs* Well, wish me luck!

Well, Ushicon has come and gone. Ashnak and I went to see how our videos fared. And they didn't play them. We were confused and frustrated for several days. Then we got an email back from the AMV coordinator. Evidently, he didn't receive them. Which I can believe since he wanted us to post them to his FTP server, and they're twitchy at times. But I feel a little bit better knowing that they just didn't get them and not that they saw them and thought they sucked. Anyhoo. gonna start concentrating on aftereffects so I can have a couple really good vid or two for Akon in Dallas in June. Anyone going, I'll see you there!

Kingdom Hearts 2

Hello all,
Ok, just found recently that Chicken Little is gonna be in the new Kingdom hearts game. For those of you who haven't played the first one, It's a really fun game that intertwines your classic final fnatasy characters with the Disney ones we all grew up on, plus a couple new ones. Great story line and everything. So, I'm eagerly awaiting the sequel. and I find out that Tron is gonna be in it. Why? I mean, i know it's a disney movie, but it's not in the same realm as aladdin, or lion king, or beauty and the beast. Have they really run out of ideas? I dunno. Perhaps i should just keep an open mind until i play the game. So i guess i'll find out then.

OK, Gang, I'm sure that plenty of people have ranted about this before, but that wouldn't stop me anyways, lol.
Why is it, when a new song comes on the radio, in ten minutes, I can get onto the Org and find at least two or three vids to the song already? And I'm not talking about well made ones either. The vids just scream out, "I was made in ten minutes by throwing random clips together!" Why? Why would you just throw something together like that, when you know that you didn't put any time or any real effort into making your vid? What these people are doing are flooding the Org with poorly done videos that share the same concepts with vids that people spend months on and are really good. Now when you do a search on the org, you get an idea for the concept by looking at the anime and the song. but there's so many bad ones out there, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
