  • New Video Completed!!!! 2003-12-04 00:26:55 I finally completed “X-Men Revelations”, my seventh videio which I started in October. That means it took me a month and a half. I am trying to produce better work faster, however I have to remind myself that this hobby has to yield to more important things in my life like school, work, organizations, and my GF. I just got kind of burnt out in the middle of this (with school and everything) and needed to take a rest. But I finally came back to it and finished it. Too bad I couldn't get it out in time for Halloween but people can just consider it a scary Christmas present instead. I’ll be happy as long as I get to premier it before George Bush blows up the world.

    I’ve already added it to AMV.org. All I have to do is upload it to my server and the golden donut then everyone can have at it. That’ll be done tomorrow after I re-encode it to Mpeg1 (I render my videos in uncompressed AVI).
     
  • Updated Info 2003-12-02 10:29:16 I lost my direct server provider, so I am using one of my PCs to handle direct links now. I fixed the broken direct links today.  
  • My First Day at AMV 2003-10-13 18:42:30
    I just signed up about 24 hours ago. I wanted to do this for a while but I didn't have a place online to put my videos for people to download. But yesterday someone I chat with on IRC offered to host them for me, and so here I am. Then I found out that AMV is now hosting local downloads. That rocks!! So now I have both direct and local downloads. I'm very thankful for that.

    I spent a lot of time on these videos and for so long I craved for just a little bit of recognition, or at least for another living person to see them. (Other than my family and girlfriend who humor me, but really aren't interested)

    My friend Yvette has been my only source of encouragement, and I thank her for that. But now I am ecstatic at the number of people that have at least taken a look at my video web pages. I wish that I got some more opinions and feedback, but just knowing that someone out there is listening to what I have to say is so wonderful!!!

    Also thank you to furygrrl, who is the only person to leave me feedback thus far. I feel very encouraged.
