It's been a tiring week. I had to take my car into the shop on Monday, so I can get an oil leak fixed. It's Friday and I have yet to get my car back. It's not costing me too much, which I'm thankful for. I just don't have a job yet to pay for it, so I'm borrowing the money. Speaking of job, I'm on the verge of getting one. I spent over three hours yesterday filling out some paperwork for a job. I applied like last week and they called me right away. It's for a cage cashier position at a casino. It's good money and I'm totally familiar with that whole atmosphere. Just hope they will hire me. I have to pass a background check. Not that I'm a felon, but they are really, really picky about who they hire.
Basketball. It's so much fun. We had another game this past Sunday. We won that one. I think it was 54-60. I scored nine points. One three pointer and I went six for six at the line. I was pretty excited about that. I had to shoot four free throws in a row. One was for a shooting foul, which in my opinion was a clean block, but the ref didn't see it that way. The guy who "fouled" me wasn't happy about it either and he expressed his opinion to the ref and well he got a tech for that. Ergo, my other two free throws. I was a bit terrified to shoot. I didn't think I was going to make it. I'm a pretty good free throw shooter, but still. I was nervous as all hell. Ooh! I got smacked in the face by one of the guys from the other team. They kept asking me if I was all right, but I wanted to tell them, I'm not glass, I won't break. Anyway, that was cool. I also did a rollover too. That was a bit funny. Don't remember how that happened. It was just too fast. We have another game tomorrow. I'm a bit unsure how this one is going to. My little brother has a tournament this weekend, so I'm not sure if he's going to be able to play with us tomorrow. I hope so. We'll need him. This upcoming team is fast and they talk trash, which I am so against. That's going to wind us in trouble, I just know it.
Music video. Well, I'm still working, on and off, on my current one. I have an idea for another, but I don't want to start that till I finish with this other one. I don't want to say what that is, cause it'll spoil it. I just hope people like it, cause I think it's funny. The current one that is. As well as the other one. No that wasn't the slightest confusing.
Oh, checked out Kill Bills. Those movies were pretty good. I liked them. I watched that Vanilla Sky, with Tom Cruise, last night. That movie was so weird. I want to check out Dreamcatcher. My aunt is suppose to lend me the book, but she hasn't gotten a chance to let me yet. She reads all those SKing books.
Well, time to clean. Dishes to be washed. Vacuuming to be done.

Damn. I need a job. I don't want one but I need it. Work sucks. I hope I can find one in the daytime. I am so sick of working at night. I have a life and I'd like to enjoy it. Hopefully my brother's girlfriend can hook me up with one. Chances are it'll be at a casino and at night. Ugh. Right now I just want some money and that job pays well. I have too much free time on my hands. I've let myself get caught up in "General Hospital". I so want Carly and Sonny back together! Crap-ola.
The mens' leauge starts this weekend. And despite the fact that I am a woman, they are still letting me play. We'be been running ball, hard that is, these past few days and I managed to injur my left ankle. The 'season' hasn't even begun and I'm already injured. And quite stupidly in fact. I was running down court and I tripped over my own self. How clumsy is that? I twisted my ankle and now it's sore. Serves me right. I opened my mouth to my little brother, by telling him that no matter how many times I threw myself around the court or how hard I hit the ground, I never injured myself to where I had to come out of the game. Smooth move. I'm using an ankle brace right now. I actually managed to run ball today. I was sore running up and down the court, but what the hell. I ran a bit awkward and it did mess with my game a bit. I worried too much about it hurting that I couldn't quite focus on the game. That sucked cause, I really didn't want to sit out. I know I'll be feeling it in the morning.
Oh the coolest thing about it...my knees. Actually my right knee. It's all bruised up. I haven't been this bruised since I use to play in high school. That was like the coolest thing ever. I took a picutre of it and I'm planning on sending it to my friend out in FL. I want to show her how hard I've been working on the couI am so stoked for this weekend. I hope everything goes all right.

Happy Birthday To Me!

Today I am another year older. Actually it was yesterday, the 29th. Wasn't that great of a birthday. I'm broke so that doesn't leave that many options open for me. I just playerd some basketball with my brothers. We're playing in a league starting next week so we're gearing up for that. I'm pretty excited for that. I haven't gotten a chance to play with both my brothers before so this should be interesting.
Made another move. This one being a big one. I'm no longer in FL. I moved back home to NM. So I've been busy unpacking. Still am actually. I have some more stuff to unload later, but I've gotten the gist of it. It's all a matter of putting things away. Yuck. I hate moving. Goind to be doing it again, soon. Just as soonas I establish a real place of my own. Had To shack up with the folks till I get things organized.
I was busy this past weekend too. Not with just the move but my little brother had a basketball tournament this past weekend in El Paso. That was pretty cool. I think his team took fourth place. There had to have been about twenty teams playing in his bracket. El Paso is a good three hours south of home, so we were on the road pretty much all weekend. Still it was fun. Hit the Sunland Casino out there. I wasn't too impressed with it. It was too small. I have to get my butt to Vegas. It's only an eight hour drive from home, so that's not too bad.
I'm still working on my next video. Not sure when it's going to be finished, cause this one I want to be really good. It's my favorite idea so far.

Time is winding down, before the big move. And work is being a pain the ass even more. But I'll push that aside. I'm constantly whining about that place, so...skip it.
Uploaded my second video. "Second To No One" by Rosanne Cash. I love that song. It's so sad. It's another Inuyasha video, but that's okay. Right now I'm starting on a Yu-Gi-Oh! vid. I know I should finish up my other YGO, but I can't seem to tear away from this other one. As soon as I get it redone, I'll upload that vid.
Writing. Haven't done too much of that recently. I've been writing done ideas for my next fic, but I don't even want to start on that one until I finish the other two. It's driving me nuts. I so want to finish them, but I'm at a block. Grr.

Work. I swear that place drives me to the verge of alcoholism. It's like every time I leave that place I need a drink. I'm constantly telling people that it feels like my IQ drops at least ten points when I deal with all the yahoos in that place. (aka the public) Well, I have just a few weeks left, then I'm moving. Again. This time I'm moving back home with my family. I'm ready for that.
Right now I'm currently working on a new video. I know I should be messing with that damn Yu-Gi-Oh! of mine, but I have a tendency to get sidetracked. Anyway, I like this one. Not that I don't like my first one, but ya know what I mean. Actually what I should be doing is working on my fiction. I was on a roll for a couple of days, but I hit another wall. That sucks. Oh well, I'll get through that eventually.
Time to do some laundry and clean up my room. It's a total mess. I didn't even bother unpacking the rest of my stuff. I don't want to have to pack it up again later. Crap-ola. I still have to find my driver's license. I lost the sucker at the bar a couple of weeks ago. (Note to self: Bra is not as efficient as pockets. Wear jeans.)
Yay! Party in my honor. Actually a few rounds at the local bar in my honor. Bunch of friends of mine and myself are going out for a few drinks after work on the 20th. Hope everything goes as planned. Every time I plan something, it falls through somehow.
Oops. Dryer's done. Washer's ready. Time to get to work.
